I had a great experience with Joe and Harry while arranging my car lease. From the very beginning they made the whole process incredibly easy to understand and straightforward. They were always helpful, quick to respond to questions, and kept me informed on progress throughout.

From the moment of first contact everything was managed efficiently and informatively and Harry and Joe actually made the experience enjoyable which I didn't think I would ever say, as I usually dread it when it comes to my leasing time.

Couldn't recommend this team enough.

Not only did I get a great price for my new car, the communication and customer service is outstanding. Ryan handled my sale and was quick to respond throughout to any queries I had and was always available at the end of the phone.
I had a slight issue with paintwork of the car (nothing to do with Express, purely the dealer), I spoke with Joseph to get this resolved. He was so patient and understanding, was quick to respond every time and truly went above and beyond to get this resolved for me- massive thank you.

Really great experience with Express Vehicle Contracts. The service was spot on from start to finish. More importantly I got a very good deal on the car which beat all my other quotes.My BYD took around 8 months to arrive, so it was a long process, but the team were brilliant the whole way through and always patient with all my questions. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout.
