Great shop experience …
I visited the shop for the first time recently and I was very pleased. The staff were very helpful and the shop was in pristine condition. I bought some shoes and a t-shirt and must say the options of clothing were fantastic.

From my personal experience I really would not recommend Triads clothing and would advise people to steer clear. They were quite awkward about getting a refund & I had to get PayPal to intervene in the end. To add the postage refund issue they have the cheek to make out as the issue was merely the icing on the cake. The actual problem was blatantly having to chase my refund down in the first place umpteen times & getting no where when contacting them numerous times. I’ve also had several emails since leaving this review including one moronically trying to threaten me to take down this review as well as them offering a discount if I take down my review. What a joke & then think they can warp my review with an inaccurate response designed to make me seem unreasonable. What a snide bunch, you’ll not get my business again!👎👎👎

Wrong item received, still waiting on refund and no response on emails
Ordered a Vivienne Westwood necklace, in which I received a bracelet instead. Posted the item back first class out of my own pocket and was told a refund was being processed. As of yet I still haven’t had a refund nearly 2 weeks later, have sent a few emails to follow up where or how long it would take to reach my account and now I can’t get a response.
Nearly £200 out of pocket and I now can’t get a reply as to when it will be processed. Really disappointed with how it was handled, first few emails back regarding the wrong item being sent weren’t very professional.

Amazing customer service, I never visited the store till last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The shop was very clean and had a large amount of brands across the 2 stores in Middlesbrough!!

People weren’t lying about the customer…
People weren’t lying about the customer service. It’s like a young teenager is replying to you with a really unprofessional way of speaking. They should really consider hiring somebody with customer service experience to do this and improve their customer service emails. I asked a question and then they essentially accused me of lying in their reply, plus then didn’t actually answer my question. I sent back a direct question after failing to get a clear answer with two kind of odd replies and they just stopped responding. Really weird and not a good experience.

Rubbish return process
Had to return the trainers as they don't stock half sizes. Qr code provided says royal mail. Customer service misled me so I had to go to post office, then to royal mail as no one seems to know how to return the item. It is not working neither of them. The guy on the phone was so stressed / busy that basically told me that he's going to disconnect me because got another call. Ended buying my own postage.

Absolutely shocking experience, never received the parcel, nor refund. They asked me to get in touch with DPD as they claimed they had lost the parcel. I have not received a refund or a replacement, I am down £40 and they have also blocked my number
