I searched for flights through Kayak and the cheapest option was Travellink. To my surprise, the price offered required that I be a Prime member. Membership is paid, but it is possible to try it for two weeks for free. Well, I thought I would try it if there were any other cheapest flights and hotels here. In reality, the prices were much more expensive to start with! I decided to cancel the service and it has proven to be impossible!!
YOU CANNOT CANCEL THE TRIAL TRIAL ANYWHERE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED €10/MONTH IN THE FUTURE!! I am advised to call a number where no one answers and it will cost you. The call is not free as they advertise. Ive waited for access many times over 30 minutes but there was no answer and I could't cancel the service.
In addition, when booking a flight, a bag was included in the price. The booking confirmation states that the bag is not included in the ticket price. Which information is correct?

Avoid – Travellink does not take responsibility for package holidays
We booked a package holiday (flight + hotel) through Travellink. Unfortunately, when serious issues occurred during the stay, Travellink failed to take responsibility and did not properly assess the case.
The hotel stay was affected by ongoing construction noise, poor cleanliness, limited access to advertised facilities, and unprofessional behavior from staff. We raised complaints during the stay and contacted Travellink while still at the hotel. We also provided clear evidence, including videos documenting the construction noise.
Despite this, Travellink did not address the substance of the complaint at all. Instead of reviewing the full holiday experience, they repeatedly referred only to the hotel’s internal notes and timeline, while ignoring the evidence we submitted and the issues raised.
Travellink consistently stated that the decision was “beyond their control” and that the hotel’s ruling was final. For a package holiday, this is extremely concerning. Under package travel regulations, the organizer should take responsibility for the overall performance of the holiday. Travellink chose instead to distance themselves from responsibility and act merely as a messenger for the hotel.
Throughout the process, we received standard responses that did not engage with the actual problems, but simply restated the hotel’s version of events. There was no genuine, independent review of the case and no fair assessment of the overall impact on the holiday.
If you experience problems on your trip, be aware that Travellink may refuse responsibility and close the case without addressing the real issues, even when evidence is provided.
Based on our experience, we do not recommend Travellink.

I have rent 500 times car, and this was first time this kind f fraud happendend

0 stars, After booking a flight It appeared I have to wait up to 24 hours for a final confirmation of the booking. In the meantime you dont know where you stand, you cant book a hotel and you can only cancel after paying an enormous fee, and you cannot book another flight since you (perhaps) ends up with two tickets This is clearly by design since my girlfriend booked the same flight emidiately directly through the airline. 21 hours after the booking still no confirmation.
(Update the booking was confirmed 21 hours after order) I still would never use this company again. Save your self some worries and check out other booking companies.

My best advice; Stay clear of Travellink!!
Registrated my free trail period and booked domestic flight, marked the box to get an e-mail 3 days before my paid membership started. Also took a capture of the text that said you had to cansel online or by telephone before paid period started to avoid payment. First; It is NOT possible to cansel membership online! and when you call Travellink you have to wait loong when they know your topic is to cansel. As I finally got to talk to a person he told me that my free trail was after membership was canceled and that I had to pay from the day I registrated.. Well I knew my capture would save me from this and took an argue before I told Travellink about my capture - then they understood they could not manage to shit me and canselled membership.. But to be sure I have deleted my Creditcard and ordered a new one as these bandits had my card-digits.. My advice is clearly; Do not use Travellink, and I do repeat to those who did not understand first; DO NOT USE TRAVELLINK!!

No Star at all!
If I could, I would not even give them one star. This was the very worst travel company I have ever dealt with. First of all, Travellink is illegally (or at least without Ryanair's acceptance) embedded in the Ryanair website, so I thought I was using Ryanair. When I had refused to join up with Travellink at least what seemed like 16 times, I finally got a more expensive ticket than I would have if I had actually been on the true Ryanair website. Then when I tried to have an error fixed I chatted to a chatbot, then a person, who TWICE gave me useless telephone numbers for Ryanair in Denmark. Have NOTHING to do with the Travellink crooks is my advice. They make Ryanair look like the best travel company ever, and we know that's not really true.

At the time when i was there to pick the car because they know about i dont have any choice..my credit card was valid until july 2026..my booking was just for 4 days in last week in december 2025 and my credit card was valid for minimum 6 month..they said to me if i need this car i have to pay more 370 euro..:(

Travellink avoided responsibility after airline schedule change
Vietnam Airlines changed my flight schedule and issued a new itinerary, which I received directly from the airline.
However, Travellink claims they have not received any response from the airline and keeps pushing me to contact the airline myself, even though they are the ticketing agent.
There is no email support available, and contacting the airline by phone takes an extremely long time.
My departure date is approaching, and due to Travellink’s delays, suitable alternative flights are becoming unavailable.
This experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend booking through Travellink if customer support is important.
