Tricking people into subscriptions

It was very unclear that I was signing up for a subscription, only found out when I saw payments on my bank statement. When I wanted to cancel the unwanted, unchosen subscription they offer no online solution, and I have to call a UK number. They claim to answer in 120 seconds, I have been on hold 15 minutes. When I got to talk to somebody they had to hand type a cancelation email that seemed to take another 5 minutes. When I asked for conformation that the call was 'cost free' which was what their website said, but he said he didn't know. Then when I got the confirmation email I see that I pay for 3 months, before it is canceled. For something I never signed up for.

DO NOT book with TRAVELLINK

I booked a flight through Momondo and was redirected to Travellink to complete the booking. During the booking process I made sure to disable every optional extra and additional service because I only wanted the flight ticket.

Despite this, I later discovered that €120.66 was charged for a Travellink Prime annual membership. I never intentionally signed up for a subscription and was not aware that a Prime membership had been activated during the booking process.

This feels extremely misleading. When a customer explicitly turns off all optional extras, they should not end up with a yearly membership charge afterwards.

After looking online it seems that many other customers have experienced the exact same issue with Travellink Prime.

I have contacted Travellink support and requested cancellation and a full refund. I expect Travellink to resolve this situation quickly and explain how this charge was added in the first place.

If this is not resolved promptly, I am considering taking further action and exploring my legal options.

Until this is properly resolved, I would strongly advise other travellers to be extremely careful when booking through Travellink and to double-check every step of the checkout process.

I hope Travellink will respond quickly and fix this issue.

Scammer company!!!!!!!!

I booked a ticket to Thailand 9th of March, they didn't gave me any booking number! I even bought extra insurance... My fly got cancelled... And now I can't reach them or anything?? I paying pretty much for my ticket! And I want my refund back!!!! I even tried calling them. Sending them emails but all they emails they have on there sides doesn't even work!!!! I'm so pissed!!! Never gonna buy from here igen... GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Don’t get the prime subscription!

I was signed up for a 15-day free trial. During that period, I tried several times to cancel the subscription, but I had no luck. After the free trial ended, I was charged 598 NOK over the next 30 days.
I attempted to contact them through messages, email, and their website because I was never able to reach anyone by phone (I waited around 30 minutes each time). On the website, I rarely spoke with a real person — almost always just chatbots. None of them were helpful, and at one point I was even given an email address that apparently wasn’t in use.
Today I finally managed to get in touch with a customer service representative. He was somewhat passive-aggressive, but at least informative. He told me a lot of useful information that would have been helpful to know earlier. However, he still refused to issue a refund, even after I explained the several attempts I had made to cancel the subscription.
At least the subscription was finally cancelled today.
Never again — I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Avoid this service

Avoid this service. No help. Extra costs. No refunds.

At the airport we had to pay for the seats that was supposed to be free. Boarding passes never arrived. We had to pay extra fee for them at the airport.

No refunds for these extra costs.

Help desk is only AI, no human to help.

Total scam. The price of the tickets doubled.

I rented a car by Carrental

I rented a car by Carrental with insurance. When we arrived at the Airport, Sixt said there where no insurance and I had to buy a new one. So extra expense 140 Euro. No help from Travellink. STAY AWAY

Travellink is cheating people

Travellink is cheating people, keep this in mind when booking with them.
I booked a flight with a discount of 6 euros and all of a sudden I got a subscription I never made myself and I was automatically charged for 99,99 euros for this. They even refused to make a refund of the service i never asked for. Shameful!

Cancellation of online check-in.

I checked in online. When l were going through the security I had to show my passport and the check-in which l had on my phone. My check-in was then canceled. I lost my flight and the two following flights too. Hard to get in contact with anyone, and when l did, they could not help me. Instead they blamed the air company and that it was not Travellink's responsibility.

Incredible

Incredible! booked flight tickets and pushed prime subscription because I could not see the way around it. And Wupti! Travellink sends a mail confirming tickets and subscription for 899 kr. per month. It is possiible to cancel online or by calling the number +4535158136 . I have been waiting for them to reply for 30 minutes now. AI chat promised to find a human assistant, but I am not sure they exist: or they are just laughing because have found a new fool. Please STAY AWAY from TRAVELLINK. They do not have service and will take your money

complete scam, even their so called prime service is just a bunch of lies. They dont call back when promised, there are no services they promise, it is just very shady scam plan. To be avoided !!!!
