Max from Trailfinders did an exceptional job in organising our trip to Asia. He gave us great advise on flight routes and hotel and their facilities. He also recommended trips and tours that we may wish to take. In short he made the task simple and enabled us to relax knowing that every detail was going to be perfect.

We have been using Trailfinders for the past few years now and I have to say it does not disappoint. Everything is taken care of and to date everything has been seamless. From flights, transfers, hotels its just so easy and takes so much of the hassle out of organising a family holiday. This year we were helped by Ebony at the Birmingham city centre branch and she was amazing. She was super efficient and really tuned into what we were after. We will hopefully be booking our next holiday with Trailfinders soon.

Amy was very informative, friendly and helpful. She helped us shape our trip at a point when we only had a vague idea as to what we wanted to do and was exceedingly patient and understanding when our plans for the trip changed and we needed to re arrange quite a few elements. I liked the fact that, if we called when Amy was not around, a colleague was always able to help.

I spoke to Luke about finding flights to Guatamala and returning from Belize in December over the peak Christmas and New Year period. He found some well priced flights as we were able to be flexible by a couple of days where my endeavours to find something at a reasonable cost were hopeless. I have used TF a lot over the years and they always come up trumps.

Returned from a fabulous holiday to Iceland. We were expertly guided in our planning by Kirsty who knew the country well. The hotel was excellent and perfectly located. The itinerary was a perfect balance of activity and down time and the selection of trips gave us a wonderful insight into the country. The day trip provider was excellent and the guides really knowledgeable and friendly. Kirsty worked out that staying at the Blue Lagoon for the final night would work out cheaper than a day trip from Reykjavik and so we finished with a bit of luxury and a memorable conclusion to the holiday. Our first time with Trailfinders and we would definitely recommend.

This was my first experience of using Trailfinders and I was very impressed. I booked a fairly last minute holiday and the lady I spoke to, Romy Mottershead, was very professional, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. If I was unsure about how to use any features in the Trailfinders app, Romy was on hand to point me in the right direction, and when I discovered that I was experiencing a problem printing travel documents out on my printer, again Romy stepped in to help. The whole booking process was made to feel very easy indeed. Excellent service Trailfinders. I would definitely recommend.

Alex was efficient, helpful and pleasant. He put together a magnificent holiday slightly adapted to suit our requests with ease and was punctual with phone communication. We felt confident that everything had been arranged well and have high expectations of all our arrangements working to plan as we hoped.

Trailfinders offer exceptional service. I booked a wonderful holiday to the Galápagos Islands with them last year. I then decided to look at the possibility of a relatively last minute trip to New Zealand this November (having delayed booking it because of the war in Iran). I spoke to the same consultant, Simon King, who could not have been more helpful. He provided advice and suggestions based on his own personal experience and went to great lengths to come up with an itinerary which would suit our needs and provide us with a great holiday. He spent many hours devising the itinerary and discussing the options with me. It could not have been a more personalised service and he was friendly, helpful and professional throughout.

Very helpful advice from Rowan Hall went into the Bath branch with a very vague plan on a trip to Australia and came out with a itinerary which more than met our expectations
