We've just had the most amazing safari experience in Kenya, thanks to Edd's advice and care. He listened carefully to all our preferences as a family of four, came up with lots of ideas and tailor-made our trip. He was absolutely spot on with the advice about where to visit and the places we stayed. Thank you , Edd!

We were quickly made welcome, introduced to Shanti who with excellent knowledge and enthusiasm enabled us to book our holiday.

When I walked into the Trailfinders office I felt I had done everything to resolve a rather complex itinerary. Not even AI could untangle it. Well where AI failed Morgan succeeded. He was calm and understood the task. All was resolved within an hour. The result is that this bereaved family will go on a long-awaited holiday.

Ellena phoned to seek feedback about the Greek island hopping holiday she had booked for us and which we'd completed 3 days beforehand. She requested information regarding each of the hotels, the ferry services and the pick-ups at each location. The holiday had been fantastic so the feedback was positive in relation to all aspects. We were a large group of 11—spanning three generations including grandparents, children, and grandchildren—and the logistics could have been complicated, but Jo made everything seamless.Jo was quite simply the most helpful and delightful assistant we could have asked for. She listened to our requirements, handled the details effortlessly, and helped us secure the perfect villa for our family dynamic. The holiday itself exceeded all our expectations and truly turned out to be the best family holiday we have ever had. We cannot thank Jo and the Reading team enough for their top-tier service. This is the second holiday that Antony at Trailfinders in Cardiff has arranged for me. Antony's excellent organisational skills meant that I was able to look at a range of options, and his knowledge meant that I benefitted from many useful suggestions. From our arrival to our leaving about an hour later all was sorted for our trip most efficiently around some stays we had already booked. Debbie was courteous, knowledgeable and charming in her dealings with us. We will be using Trailfinders again.

Steph was great to work with in setting up this trip for us - incredibly knowledge, very helpful and also creative in terms of offering suggestions for us.

Interactions with Steph were definitely 5 star, and the only reason I've awarded 4 stars is that for some bizarre reason Trailfinders do not allow any pre-booking communication with the trip contact person other than by phone. This made it unnecessarily difficult to pass on small but important details or questions, or even schedule a call. Now that I've paid the deposit I have access to such a feature - why on earth is not available beforehand during the planning stage, when it's probably needed most?

Lou has provided superb assistance and guidance to me for what is a complex 10 week multi activity itinerary across SE Asia, Australia & India, involving 12+ flights and accommodation along the wsy. Her suggestions for accommodation were perfect. This is my second itinerary/trip planned with Trailfinders.

Nick was really helpful today in finalising our trip to Tasmania. He phoned back as prearranged and explained the necessity to change some of our accommodation. He is knowledge about the locations and was able to suggest alternatives. He was patient through out the call especially when it came to paying the deposit. Great customer service. I really like the ViewTrail app - brilliant!

Prompt reply to phone calls. The advisor was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient during extended conversations over a couple of days. The eventual proposal has met all our needs re. travel dates, routes and cost. We have used Trailfinders several times over many years and will continue to do so.

I use Trailfinders Deansgate Manchester every time . They’re Excellent . Using them Takes all the hassle out of doing it online yourself . Further more if you need to change something they are at the end of a phone line . Very reassuring when you are down route .
Alternatively you can speak to them in person Whilst in the UK
You receive all the information electronically and they offer a paper printed version which is good to have as a back up

The website provides a good start for selecting the trip desired, the face to face appointment was very helpful to fill in any gaps and really get down to planning everything from flights, car hire, accommodation and excursions. The post booking process with online itinerary and information will be very useful. All in all a very good experince, we are both looking forward to seeing everything come to fruition.

I went into the store in Bath to arrange a trip to Japan. Chloe has been super helpful throughout the process and made it really easy for me. Recommend this company 100% and are able to find options for holidays which you may not have deemed possible!
