Alex was efficient, helpful and pleasant. He put together a magnificent holiday slightly adapted to suit our requests with ease and was punctual with phone communication. We felt confident that everything had been arranged well and have high expectations of all our arrangements working to plan as we hoped.

Trailfinders offer exceptional service. I booked a wonderful holiday to the Galápagos Islands with them last year. I then decided to look at the possibility of a relatively last minute trip to New Zealand this November (having delayed booking it because of the war in Iran). I spoke to the same consultant, Simon King, who could not have been more helpful. He provided advice and suggestions based on his own personal experience and went to great lengths to come up with an itinerary which would suit our needs and provide us with a great holiday. He spent many hours devising the itinerary and discussing the options with me. It could not have been a more personalised service and he was friendly, helpful and professional throughout.

Very helpful advice from Rowan Hall went into the Bath branch with a very vague plan on a trip to Australia and came out with a itinerary which more than met our expectations

Annie Downes was excellent in suggesting possible options and enlightening me as to other possibilities as well as pointing out the implications of going through the Gulf.

Karen was amazing. She answered all our questions immediately and gave us so many tips and advice even though the holiday is more than a year away.

We wanted a trip to India which was not a straightforward golden triangle-type trip, so required a fairly complicated itinerary. Our rep (face-to-face) grasped very quickly what we wanted in terms of destinations and experience, and expertly put together an itinerary that seems to meet our wishes. The itinerary came through exactly as we expected in a couple of days and we’ve booked the trip.

Both the consultant on the phone and in the Edinburgh office were patient and helpful. They took pains to find out what we were looking for and to try and accommodate us.

Recently we have booked holidays through Trailfinders Bath and the staff have been attentive, professional and are highly knowledgeable.In February we booked a trip to Tromso and it was one of the most amazing holidays to date. Ronan was our TF consultant and he helped us plan our perfect trip. He has also just helped us to plan a trip to Istanbul and Cappadocia and again has been brilliant. We have also planned a trip to Colombia to see family and again our TF consultant, Chloe, has been brilliant.
In the current world climate where things are constantly changing, we feel very reassured by booking with Trailfinders and know that if anything changes they are there to help make new arrangements. We look forward to booking more holidays with Trailfinders in the future and highly recommend them.

We've just had the most amazing safari experience in Kenya, thanks to Edd's advice and care. He listened carefully to all our preferences as a family of four, came up with lots of ideas and tailor-made our trip. He was absolutely spot on with the advice about where to visit and the places we stayed. Thank you , Edd!

We were quickly made welcome, introduced to Shanti who with excellent knowledge and enthusiasm enabled us to book our holiday.

When I walked into the Trailfinders office I felt I had done everything to resolve a rather complex itinerary. Not even AI could untangle it. Well where AI failed Morgan succeeded. He was calm and understood the task. All was resolved within an hour. The result is that this bereaved family will go on a long-awaited holiday.

Ellena phoned to seek feedback about the Greek island hopping holiday she had booked for us and which we'd completed 3 days beforehand. She requested information regarding each of the hotels, the ferry services and the pick-ups at each location. The holiday had been fantastic so the feedback was positive in relation to all aspects.
