Chloe asked relevant, thoughtful questions that helped her build the perfect holiday for us. Chloe was knowledgeable which gave us direction as to what we wanted to explore. Chloe also gave options on accommodation which, due to her talking about our likes / dislikes, she knew exactly which hotels to showcase. I dealt with Dom regarding booking a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. He was really knowledgeable and having visited himself he gave me some tips about the most unrated stops on the trip. He explained everything in detail and was very personable as well as providing different options to meet my preferences and keep the price as low as possible. We have just returned from a fabulous trip to Switzerland, we told Trailfinders where we would like to go, what we would like to do and they curated a great itinerary. We did not appreciate how great until we got there,lovely hotels convienient locations and easy connections. Our trip started badly though by being held up on the way to Gatwick by an awful accident causing us and many other people to miss our flight. We contacted Trailfinders ,the brilliant Richard,whilst still stuck in traffic and within 20 minutes he had us booked on another flight later the same day. We only missed half a day of our holiday and will always be grateful to Trailfinders for being so efficient. It is refreshing to find that good customer service is not dead but alive and kicking at Trailfinders.

Our first booking with Trailfinders and our first trip to Sri Lanka. We decided to use a reputable agent having read the reviews we decided on Trailfinders for my 60th birthday celebrations. The service from booking to the many changes post booking and during our stay was impeccable. We had an idea what we wanted to see and do then opted for a personal tour guide for the first part of our holiday and Charlie our representative for Trailfinders explored many options to help with our final decision. The tour operator in Sri Lanka and Pesanna our personal guide was extremely knowledgeable, so friendly and went over and above our expectations and the seamless drop offs and pick ups just made our stay even better and removed any stress entirely. We stayed in 5 hotels over 16 days and I would do it all again. We had an issue at one of the hotels where there was unexpected building work next door. We spoke to Trailfinders via there amazing app and together with the Sri Lankan tour operator and our tour guide it was sorted out immediately. Nothing was too much trouble! Sri Lanka is the most incredible place with such kind people where we felt extremely safe and we hope to return.

Steve was pleasant and efficient. He found me better prices than I could book myself.

Beyond that, he suggested good seat choices and also advised on visa, etc. without being asked.
