This is my first time to apply to work for a tour company like Trailfinders now , i have gone through the programs are done so well and so impressive, I used to have a Local travel agency in Cambodia, i have not done the great project like Trailfinders at all ,no i have never seen such great work like this, i hope , i would have chance to cooperate by helping the Trailfinders .
I also hope that i would have chance to learn more creative international experiences like yours.
On the other hands, i used to do inbound tour and outbound tour ,too. My brothers and sisters are two guide in Siem Reap Angkor temples, Cambodia now. and especially, my father is the French tour guide who taught my brothers and my sisters to be professional tour guide in Cambodia.But they do not interested in Creating Tour Company like me .I left home since 2000 to work in Phnom Penh and continue to study in the city , at first , i did not interested in having a business ,because i passed the examination to be government official after i graduated the third year of law at the university of law in Phnom penh. One day , i rethought that how can i improve my economic if government salary is only 50 USD/month and i have found the ideas to try creating an agency called Lyheu Travel . The company made me have more experiences related to the ancient temples , Hotels, Restaurant , guest houses , pubs, and others products and other travel companies in Cambodia . Because of my company that i stuck with ,especially, income so low ,and i have not been to work for government as regularly as normal and later the government stopped me from the work (i worked for government for 10 years), i started my company in 2009 and ended in 2015. but i still love it . in the period of being the owner of a company ,even it was tiny , but i was so proud of that , i used to lead guests to visit around the country with my tour guide . i used to bring guests to Thailand , to Vietnam. and after my company bankrupted , i applied to work for NGOs as an interpreter for Doctors and then i worked for the private company as a training manager and Hotels, i did the work just for to survive my daily life and later i taught children as an english teacher . besides, the travel agent company , i use to have another company aim at Cassava products in 2014,it was so good at the first starting until the chinese company came , i could not stand to confront with the high prices that they put ,so i stopped again , until 2022, i applied to work in IRELAND as a mushroom picker for two years contract, but i did not work until the end of the contract because of my right leg got inflame , i did not want the company to worry about me ,so i decided to come back home country ,you know Ireland is a great country , i love everything there, i dream to have a home there.
i know my descriptions above are little complicated ,but they are true. Yes, sir , i know more people and compnies and i have thouht that i know a lot ,but when i have just checked the Trailfinders, i recognized that i know so little ,so i am so glad to meet you here , i hope that i could have chance to do the job i like, with you and grow in both experiences and economics. You know, i am living in Cambodia , i could help you to promote and sell the tour to Thailand , Vietnam, Burma, Brunei, Philippine, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Singapore ,and Cambodia .yes, sir please ask more questions related to experiences or my life , i am open for you to ask to all doubt you would have sir

I rang with an almost impossible task. A last minute booking for a 2-3 week holiday which could be in Americas, Northern Europe or Asia. We really did not know how to narrow down our options. Max from the Worcester branch, with his tremendous knowledge, helped me narrow down my options. He then produced very quickly an itinerary with 4 different flights, two countries and three different hotels. For very personal reasons we could not confirm- but this is something we will return to next year. I should have called Trailfinders earlier in my process. Speaking to someone who knows what they are talking about made my decisions easier.

Matthew was exceptionally helpful in finding us a suitable hotel and then getting the flights we would need. Excellent ideas!

Kate was very thorough in providing full details of our trip to Japan. Clear & concise answers were given to all our questions, as well as providing her own insights to the trip we were booking.

We had the pleasure of working with Debbie at Trailfinders to organise our amazing one-month holiday to Australia and New Zealand, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.

From the very beginning, Debbie was incredibly professional, calm and patient. Planning a month-long trip with lots of flights and different arrangements can be complicated, but she made the whole process feel easy and seamless.

What really stood out was Debbie’s level of attentiveness and the genuine care she put into making our trip as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. She was incredibly proactive and continued to look for ways to improve our itinerary, even after everything had been booked.

For example, she noticed that one of our flights could be changed from 7am to later in the morning at no additional cost, which made our journey much more convenient. It was exactly this kind of attention to detail that made such a difference and showed how much thought she put into our overall experience.

Debbie was always incredibly helpful, responsive and patient, and we felt completely looked after throughout the entire planning process. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really made her stand out.
