The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life booking a ticket !!! The website does not work properly … I’ve booked a ticket for a certain time and I received an early ticket … so I had to modify my time and I had to pay 45 euro more ! So I payd them and I have received only the way back without any change on my 1 st trip ! Obviously I got nervous!!! Costumer’s service very slow and incompetent as I called them 3000 time to sort out this issue till a guy sort for me in a sec ! Definitely my last time booking with Traghettilines! I would prefer swim next time !
