I bought a ticket with insurance. Then when I wanted to change my ticket I had to pay full price and lost the ticket on the first trip. That trip was later cancelled by the company but still I did not get any refund.

Terrible Company!! After 4 months I'm still waiting for the refund for my tickets!! The 10 calls made all received the same answer: "we are waiting for the company to refund us and then I will send the refund to you"!! But does this sound like adequate customer service?? If you have a customer you must be sure of his satisfaction first of all and then refer to your supplier !! Incredible, absolutely not recommended. Rather buy the tickets directly on the website of the company that owns the boat, at least they can reimburse you directly.

I was pay for purchase insurance bat wen i try now to make storno bycose airbnb cancel my reservation the website show me will not refound my any mony . this is a fraud and they also not sent invoice for paying extra insurance. this company and after payment will send you an invoice with a description of the discount item, about which not a word was written anywhere at the time of purchase, and due to the discount provided by the company even after payment, it is not possible to return the money in case of cancellation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING TICKETS FROM THESE COMPANY AND I WILL FILE A CRIMINAL REPORT TO THE POLICE
