Have used TouchNote for more than 6 years and have been very satisfied. There have been technical issued a few times, but they have always been solved fast and to my satisfaction. The around 100 cards I send annually are making a lot of family members and friends happy.

Items ordered on the sixth. They said they’d be delivered by the ninth. It’s not the 19th nobody’s ever seen him so yeah it’s a scam buyer beware even though they’re cheap like five or six dollars for a card. It’s still a scam.

TouchNote is my "go to" platform for sending personalised birthday, anniversary or just "how are you" cards. I especially love the XL Postcard along with the wide range of boards, stickers and messaging options available. Easy to use and with the reminder element, I never forget an occasion!
10/10 for customer service; attentive and responsive!
Would recommend this platform - cards and gifts available - for any and every occasion.
Quality product. Quality card. Quality service.

I world have given Touchnote 5 stars had it not been for the issue of downloading photos which seems to be more hit and miss than previously experienced. Once the finished article is received by the reciprient it does however, give great joy and delight.

Been with TouchNote for many years now and use them mainly for postcards. I know it's considered old fashioned but I remember how I liked to receive postcards over the years from my friends so continue the tradition! No worry about buying stamps in foreign lands or finding a post box when out of town....done in a jiffy.

Have been using them for a few years and have always been pleased with the product - but needed to contact their support team recently re: a payment issue. This was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. Very impressed with the service (Mike)

I use Touchnote for quick, easy, inexpensive communication with family and friends both within Australia and overseas. I don’t use the supplied options for occasions, I use my own photographs for any and all cards. The quality is amazing and the feedback from recipients is always positive.

Relatively easy. Add a text box (like this one) to give feedback.

I have used Touchnote cards and postcards for over 11 years. The postcards are great when travelling overseas as I can use a personal photo and I don't need to find a post office and buy stamps. The cards are useful for interstate and overseas friends and family members and I like to incorporate personal photos.

Absolutely love Touchnote. I send personalised cards with my own photos to family and friends all over the world. The service is excellent and customer service is brilliantly responsive.

The concept is great, but the execution is a big fail. I've been using TouchNote for around 20 or so cards (pre-paid subscription) over the space of more than a year and invariably they go missing or have significant delivery delays (weeks). TouchNote always offer to resent the cards, and on second attempt they do arrive within a few days, so it is difficult to figure out why this problem occurs. For whatever reason, it is disappointing that TouchNote knows about the persistent non-delivery or delayed delivery issues but continues to promote a 3-5 day delivery window on all their marketing.
