I purchased the Platinum Total Home Protection Package with THP a while ago as a safety measure when we moved into our new, but older home. About two weeks ago my refrigerator died and in a house with small children I needed it fixed right away. I called up THP, explained the problem, and they had someone at my house the very next day. The repair process went very smoothly and it was much quicker to fix then I thought it would be. I’m so glad I only had to pay my deductible versus paying full price for this repair. I’m very happy with THP as the provider of my Total Home Protection.

I’m happy to say that Total Home Protection is one of the best things I’ve ever invested my money in. After a recommendation from a friend I ended up purchasing the Gold Plan. One day I was having plumbing issues. I called Total Home Protection and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but their customer service was great. The woman on the phone was as accommodating as possible and told me she would send someone over as soon as possible. The plumber arrived in a promptly manner and got the job done without any problems. This company exceeded my expectations and and I very pleased with the result.

I'm so thrilled that I decided to get an extended home warranty with Total Home Protection. You never know what can happen when you buy a used home. A few weeks ago my toilet overflowed and sewage came up into my bathtub. I do not know why this was happening. I called THP to file a claim for help. Rhonda was super nice and scheduled a plumber out for the next morning. Luckily we do have another bathroom, so we just closed the door. The plumber was on time and showed me his ID. He got to work immediately. Apparently there was a plugged up spot a little down the line. He cleared that out and everything drained away. All I had to pay was my deductible. I will renew my warranty for sure.

My kids were in the living room watching television, when soon after they came running into the kitchen to tell me that the roof was leaking (due to the heavy rain that was going on outside) So I immediately grabbed my phone and called Total Home Protection customer service. With no wait time Margaret was available to assist my call. I was so grateful that she could have a technician come out the next day. Thankfully the sun had came out by the time he arrived and dried everything up outside. Several shingles had come loose and it looked like something chewed a hole. He was able to close the hole and put the shingles back in place. And all I had to do was just pay for the deductible.

I recently bought a new home. We were very excited to decorate and get new furniture and settle in. My Grandparents insisted that I get an extended warranty with Total Home Protection. They are happy with theirs and wanted me to have things covered, especially since it an older home. When our AC went out this spring, I called for help and opened a claim. Stephen was really nice and scheduled a contractor to come out that afternoon. The technician was nice and got started right away. He discovered that we were out of freon so he filled it up and cleaned the AC. We did not have to leave the house for a cooling center, thank goodness, and the AC works fine now. A couple of months later, my dishwasher leaked on the floor several times, getting progressively worse each time. Once again, I called for help and they sent a different technician from a local company. He was also really good and fixed the problem. This only cost me my deductible. My Grandparents are always right!

Recently my dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen. Since I have an extended warranty with Total Home Protection, I called for a service tech. They arranged for someone to come out the next day. He found the line to be clogged up. He cleaned everything out and now it runs fine. James at THP was very nice and the service tech was on time and friendly. I will certainly renew this policy.

Thanks Total Home Protection for having the best customer service representatives. I was trying to make a special dinner for my family when my stove went out. My mind went right to Total home Protection because I have an extended warranty with them. When I called the representative was so nice and very understanding. She arranged for a technician to come out that afternoon. She explained thoroughly that I did have a small deductible which i completely understood. She apologized for my stove going out even though it wasn't her fault. The technician came out and found that the pilot light was not working. He replaced it and it came back on. Dinner was back on, thanks to Sarah at THP.

Total Home Protection is a very nice company to be with. My children had broken my window by playing ball in the house. I called THP and told them about what had happened, and that I needed my window fixed before night. They listened to me and called someone to come repair my house window. They were able to secure the window for the night and came back the next day with a replacement window. The new window is nicer than the old one. All for just my deductible. Great job.

Total home protection was there when all else failed. I never thought they were an essential need until you have something mess up in the home. You need them on your side. Not everyone has money in their account to fix an unexpected problem with their home. My hot water heater leaked all over. I quickly shut off the water and called customer service. This happened early in the morning so they were able to schedule someone to come to my home by the end of the day. Once the tech arrived, he replaced the hoses and completed a few other checks. All I had to pay was my deductible. I am keeping an extended warranty with THP for a very long time.

Total Home Protection was there for me when my fridge broke down. They sent out a serviceman the very next day. He worked on the fridge and determinded it was dead. Because i had the extended warranty, I was able to get it replaced with a new one. I am so glad. My deductible was dirt cheap. Coupled with my low premium, the fridge paid for itself. I am definitely renewing my policy

I was surprised to learn that my policy with this company covered many things that my insurance policy will not cover. I hadn't thought so much about what I would do if my fridge malfunctions or my A/C goes out when I purchased my home. Plus, I know I don't have nearly enough money in my savings to cover a ton of repairs. I was convinced that I needed one and invested in one. Total Home Protection gave me a really affordable price for a great policy. Without my home warranty it would've cost me quite a bit when my HVAC system shorted out. It takes some of the stress out of home owning and makes it that much easier on myself and my family to fix problems we may have easier. Plus, I don't have to dip into my savings to make necessary repairs because I just pay my fixed deductible amount for the most part. That is the best! If you're looking into buying a new home, I highly recommend looking into a home warranty.

I put in a claim for my washing machine and everything was handled on time. I used the chat feature on the site ask a few questions I had about their coverage options and I am quite satisfied with their response. I been using their service for over 3 months so far and can't find any issues with it. I got a call from them within an hour stating that they will send a service person and would be in touch. The service person was knowledgeable my washing machine is working like new I am really impressed and would recommend their warranty coverage to others

Really happy with the recent service I received from this company. Been having issues with plumbing in guest bathroom about four days before my Airbnb guest was to arrive. Really didn't want to share my own bathroom after promising a private bath on my booking profile. Also did not want to cancel last minute. Total Home Protection was able to come through for me. They really seemed to understand my urgency. They had a plumber come by in two days and he was able to fix the plumbing. He worked quickly and did a great job. Very professional. My Airbnb guest had no complaints. She gave me a raving review on Airbnb so I thought it was only right that I do the same for Total Home. Thank you!

I just moved into my home last year and the air conditioning in my house already went out. It's been very hot this Summer, so I can't possibly live with air conditioning. Fortunately, my home warranty covers the repair of my air conditioner so I can the air fixed in no time without scrambling to get the money to fix mine or even replace it. Very fortunate to have had my warranty in place.

I bought my first home this year. As a woman straight out of grad school it was a huge milestone for me. When I had to make the decision about getting a home warranty I was hesitant, and unwilling to spend more money after this big investment I just made. After some research I decided to go forward and purchase the warranty hoping that it would cover itself in the long run. It was such a good decision. I can tell you that this warranty covered my AC which died on my only a few months in the home. AC repair is not my expertise or in or my budget That expense would have set me back a pretty penny, but the unit was covered under the warranty! I was so relieved. The customer service and personal attention I got was great. Living in the south AC is a necessity-- thanks to my home warranty I did not have to long without it. The peace of mind I have knowing someone is on my side when things go wrong it well worth the price of the warranty. I highly suggest it to anyone purchasing a home!

This home warranty has saved me so much money! I'm thrilled that this service is available. I needed to have my stove fixed. I spent $1,000 on this stove and six months later it stopped working. Thankfully the home warranty covered it! Now I don't have to get a new stove.

I never knew a home warranty existed, let alone considered purchasing one. It is essential that everything is up to par and reinforced before hurricane season. I had a small leak in my roof that I know could cause a major problem if I were to ignore it. I was able to have the small leak repaired. I also had my garage door fixed. I really liked that this company moved with urgency in getting my repairs done. Contractors were scheduled to come up just two days after I called in to the customer service line. Everything was fixed right before Hurricane Irma hit. I definitely recommend this home warranty, a huge success for my unplanned house repair bills.

I recently had some plumbing issues come up, my toilet was spilling water everywhere, and flooded my entire bathroom. I was distraught and worried because we have a son and are on a fixed income and can't really afford any big expenses right now. Imagine my relief when my husband reminded about the home warranty we had recently purchased. I almost jumped for joy! I feel the home warranty was a good buy on our part, sure it might cost a little extra, but it's definitely worth it. You never know what's going to happen in life and it's always good to be prepared, just in case. Also really great to see these other reviews of customers who have had a great experience with Total Home as well.

Dealing with a Chicago winter is no joke. You don't get the name Windy City by accident. But having a pipe burst in the frigidity is a nightmare. No running water. No coffee, hot cocoa, hot shower...A few of my neighbors had the same issue. But they didn't have my home warranty. We were so happy to get it fixed so quickly. We let our neighbors use our shower and invited them over for coffee. They asked for your number :-)
