I was unfortunate to recently have my air conditioner stop blowing out cold air in the hot August weather. Since the warranty ran out several years ago, I called Total Home Protection to take advantage of my Platinum plan. The customer service agent John answered and was able to look up my account information quickly. He reassured me that a repair provider would come to my house the following day to determine the problem and either fix or replace my air conditioner. The repair provider gave me a call the next day as he was on his way to make sure I was available. He went out to look at the air conditioner and quickly found out that the problem was my compressor. He clearly explained to me the problem and determined it would be the best solution to just replace the whole air conditioner since repairing it would be difficult due to its age. He set up for a new unit to be installed a day later, and I was only out my deductible rather than the huge cost of a new air conditioner. My entire experience with Total Home Protection was excellent from start to finish.

My Plumbing has been backed up for a couple of days now since a heavy storm...and thanks to Total Home Protection, it only cost me a deductible for my issue. When I called THP, Sandra arranged for a contractor to come over.
The repair man was able to snake my pipes and get the debris and sludge out. He also poured in a solution to stop the smell that was coming from the clogged pipes. I am so grateful they repaired my clogged pipes. Quality service and a kind, respectable repair man. Thanks THP

I was cleaning my kitchen and I just had finished loading all of the dirty dishes into the dishwasher. When I pressed the start button to start the cycle and it would not start. I called Total Home Protection and they opened a claim with my warranty. They arranged for a repairman to come over and resolve the problem. He was on time and got right to work. He was able to get it to come back on and it has worked great ever since. All I spent was my deductible. Thanks!

When I first signed up with Total Home Protection, I was skeptical not knowing how their services and call center would be. One day, the electric dryer I had gave out. I gave them a call since I had a plan with them and they were able to arrange for someone to come out out and see what the problem was. Katie who answered in customer service was super nice and helpful. The service tech was on time and friendly. He said the plug had went out and proceeded to replace it. All it cost me was my deductible. Before you consider anyone else, give them a call.

THP has awesome customer service. My hot water heater went out one morning when I was trying to wash dishes. I got in touch with Mandy from the warranty department, and we got my appointment set for the next day. The serviceman came out an inspected my hot water heater. He came to the conclusion that I needed a new updated hot water heater. He put in the order, and two days later he came out and installed it. All it cost me was my deductible upon installation. THP is a homeowners dream for Protection of their home.

Thank God for Total Home Protection and my extended warranty. I had a major issue with my washer. It wasn't rinsing and eventually quit working all together. So, I called THP and a certified technician was scheduled to come over and look at my machine. After inspecting my washer he explained that the drain hose was blocked and that some of the controls were faulty so he began to work on my washer. The technician was very thorough. He replaced the hose and fixed the controls and now my washer runs like it's brand new. And all I had to pay was my deductible. I feel so secure that my family and I are protected by THP. Such a blessing

I give Total Home Protection 5 stars. I called them when the dishwasher wouldn’t complete the cycles. The representative, Aaron was professional and courteous. He arranged for a service tech to come over and check it out. He opened it up and did his thing and it started working properly again. I only had to pay my deductible. Thank you THP.

Lucky for me and my family for having Total Home Protection extended warranty for all of our appliances. Some of my appliances are older than others as well as the house it'sself. As soon as I found my policy, I called THP. Brian was the representative who I spoke to. I explained the problem I was having with my refrigerator, he asked me to hold for minute while he looked up my policy. Brian then quickly set up an appointment for the following morning. The repair man showed up as scheduled and once I verified who he was. I went ahead and let John the repair man listen to the noise that was coming from my refrigerator. Just from hearing the noise he already knew what was wrong with it. Once he was finished he told me everything is working fine again and made sure i was satisfied before he left, I paid my deductible and we were all done. Great job and thank you again ! I will highly recommend this company to other family and friends

Total Home Protection is great. My stove started acting up right after I agreed to help with a dinner at my daughter's school. I called Total Home Protection right away that morning and the customer service was the best I've had. The lady scheduled my appointment and the repair man was at my home that afternoon. I only paid my affordable deductible and my stove was fixed. The whole process was super easy and I would recommend Total Home Protection to anyone looking for a home warranty. Thanks THP.

Monday morning I woke to a weird sound coming from the back of my refrigerator. Lucky for me I had bought a Total Home Protection extended warranty for all of my appliances. Some of my appliances are older than others. As soon as I found my policy, I called THP. Sean was the representative with whom I spoke to. I explained the problem I was having with my refrigerator, so he asked me to hold for minute while he looked up my policy. Sean set up an appointment for the following morning. The repair man showed up as scheduled and I asked to see his ID, once I verified who he was, I let him and showed him where the kitchen was. I went ahead and let Robert listen to the noise that was coming from my refrigerator. Right off the bat, he knew what was wrong with it. I told Robert I would be in the living room if he needed anything. When he was finished he call me and told everything is working fine again. I paid my deductible and we were all done. Great job!

Total Home Protection is amazing. When my dryer gave out on me, I called THP and they made the arrangements for someone to come and fix it. And it was done efficiently. I only had to pay my deductible. I recommend this to anyone who has trouble with their appliances.

My garage door was noisy and squeaky. I called THP and they made an appointment for the repairman to come and take a look at the door. He came over the next day and told me it probably needed a tune up and some rollers. He proceeded to service the door and let me know that the center bearing will need to be changed in about a year. I was happy that my garage door was up and running like new. Thank you THP for the excellent customer service.

Total Home Protection is a service that associates to homeowners and covers unexpected repairs. Additionally, home protection agreement plans may be fraudulent and or may avoid paying valid claims which go unspecified in reports and such. In addition to the number of concerns arising from fees, many things may go wrong for example air conditioning repairs and leaks from refrigerators. And other home protection companies may be simply “bogus,” or simply “novice.”

Total Home protection is the best. I call and they answer! I ask a question and I hear just what I want to hear. I log into the website and information is updated frequently. So that shows a positive thing or two about expressing interest to clientele associates and members.

At Total Home Protection we aren’t scammed, we are treated by experts in the field, there are no annoying robot speakers, and best of all we are not directed to phony out of country answer machines.

The drain in my tub was getting very slow. I tried homemade solutions of all kinds. They helped but still, the drain clogged a little while using the shower. I figured it was time to call Total Home Protection, who I have the warranty from. They reassured me that it seemed like an easy fix. A service person came two days later and used some tool to clean out the drain. It took only a half hour and all I paid was my deductible. So glad they were there to help, as usual.

My ice dispenser was acting up, so I called Total Home Protection with my extended warranty. Sandra was able to arrange a service technician to come out and service my refrigerator. The technician arrived the following day and was able to fix my ice dispenser. All I had to pay was my deductible, pretty easy process. Thanks!

My husband and I just bought a house and had to buy the stove refrigerator, and tubs for the bathroom. Needless to say I wanted all of that under an extended home warranty. Total Home Protection was not the first place I called. But it was the last. The customer service representative was very kind and professional. The prices was well within our budget. My AC went out this summer, so I called to get help. Stephen opened a claim and arranged for someone to come out. The nice service man said I was out of freon and refilled it. I am glad I have this warranty in place.

Total Home Protection has fantastic service. I received a call 30 minutes after I submitted my claim online for my leaky kitchen sink. Barbara was very nice and opened a claim for me. She arranged for a plumber to come out and take a look. The seal around the sink drain had deteriorated which caused the leak. He was able to fix that and It is fine now. If you're looking for a warranty for your home, this is the best I've seen to date. I can't think of a single thing I would change.

My Bathroom sink pipe recently leaked everywhere and what a huge mess!!! After I cut off the water, I called Total Home Protection to open a claim. They arranged for a service technician to come over and fix the broken pipe. John came out the next day and replaced the broken pipe and everything is working fine again. I only had to pay my deductible. I was very pleased to have John as my technician and Sarah in customer service was great as well. I'm glad I got the extended warranty from THP.

As a single working mom I wanted a warranty plan that fit my lifestyle. I'm not handy around the house. I would rather not pay for expensive home repairs and replacements. I found Total Home Protection and was immediately happy with the service and price I was given. Plus as a new customer I got 1 month free. The plan I have covers EVERYTHING from the central air and hear to the plumbing to the toaster over. Any time I've needed service they came and took care of it. I am super satisfied with this company and I tell my friends and co-workers about it.

I recently had problems with my plumbing, which was not working properly. One of the pipes in the bathroom was cracked and dripping all over under the sink. I put a bucket under the sink and called Total Home Protection to open a claim on my extended warranty. Elizabeth in customer service was very nice. She arranged for a service contractor to come out and check the pipes. There was actually another crack behind the wall, it turns out. He replaced the pipes and cleaned them all out. As it was an older home, he said this was not unusual. Everything works great now. I am so glad I took out this warranty, otherwise this would have been expensive, instead of just paying my deductible.
