Follow-up on my other review - they responded
Quick follow-up on my previous rating on here. Someone responded to my reply, saying they take my request very seriously and to please e-mail then and they'll delete my account.
I've sent them another e-mail with a screenshot of their own response, this is what they said, quote:
"Dear [e-mail address],
Thank you for contacting us.
We're sorry, but we are currently unable to delete this account. If you do not log in to this website within one year, your account will be automatically deactivated.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No mention of removing my e-mail from their mailing list either.
What a waste of time for such a simple request. Delete an account off a data base, which most companies let users do within 2 minutes. I will probably be forwarding this to the ICO instead.
