Facebook is constantly showing price of £1749, I have screenshotted a few over the last few days. Booked in for 3D scan and the text says £1999. Queried this with the Toothfairy WhatsApp Chat, and agent says that is 2025 pricing, which won't be honoured. As I am messaging, I check FB and find a sponsored advert still citing £1749, literally as we speak. Misleading.

Really great treatment. Very minimal pain and easy experience. Aligners are automatically posted to you. Toothfairy are always on the other end of app/WhatsApp/email to help, and such a lovely team :)

I did significant amount of research and wanted to go with a company that offered an excellent service for money. In the beginning I was confident in The ToothFairy. My treatment should have lasted 10 trays and the scans showed perfectly aligned teeth at the end. I paid for the pro version to ensure everything would go well. It started off great. But then it took a considerable amount of time to get into see my dentist.
A very confusing booking system - tried the app, tried an email and then eventually after WEEKS was told it was actually through WhatsApp and then back to email. Then my dentist charged me extra for refiner aligners and they still aren't perfect. When I reached back out they said the scans say they should be perfect & there was nothing they could then do. Then I was given another chance to rescan and get another set of refiners - which I then had to follow up with when my refiners would arrive, then when they came in they literally fell out and therefore I couldn't even use them. I was told to reach back out to the dentists, but honestly why bother after allllll this, I know they won't get it right in the end. Honestly, I really regret going with them now and just wish I would have paid the extra money and gone with the trusted Invisalign.

*update - they called asking if I wanted to travel to manchester clinic, in which case I turned down because i've already tried the brimingham clinic and the london one, sorry why is it my responsibility to hop around the country to try and get this sorted.

Genuinely - just keep saving up and go with invisalign when you're able. I feel like I wasted all that time and effort and my teeth aren't even bad!! So if they cant figure out mine, then no hope for similar or more severe cases.

Be aware that Tooth Fairy currently has no Scottish dentist support - I was advised that nearest in-person appointments would be in Manchester. I didn’t come across this restriction anywhere in their marketing material.

Brilliant!! Such a positive experience. Had the 3D scan and the appointment was so easy and I felt super reassured by the whole process. Can’t wait to get started!

So far I have only booked. I'm going to the appointment this Saturday.
