Product was as described and well priced
This was an online purchase ‘delivered by Parcel Force’ / sadly they claimed delivery delay due to not being at home . This was untrue and the security cameras showed no delivery attempt.
I feel the seller owns the responsibility for the carriers and I did call it out to customer service who said this would be shared with the responsible manager .
No respond of course
It would have been a 5 stars but for this - I know from personal experience parcel force fail to deliver on time every-time and generally won’t buy from online sellers where substandard carriers are used . They damaged reputation and inconvenience me.
I just want the truth and if out of time this could have been communicated
