★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Company – Avoid at All Costs

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Grahan Tiso Bike Company has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn other customers.

I ordered a bike for my son's birthday well in advance, expecting a professional company to deliver on the date they promised. Instead, the delivery was delayed twice, and both times there was no satisfactory explanation. The company kept moving the delivery date while failing to provide clear information, accurate updates, or any genuine concern for the inconvenience they were causing.

This wasn't just an ordinary purchase. It was a birthday gift for my son, and the timing mattered. My son had been looking forward to receiving his bike on his birthday, but thanks to this company's incompetence and failure to honor its commitments, that never happened. Watching a disappointed child because a company cannot do what it promised is extremely upsetting.

What makes the situation even worse is the poor communication. Customer service was unhelpful, and every interaction felt like I was being given excuses instead of answers. If there were genuine issues causing the delays, the company should have been transparent from the beginning rather than leaving customers in the dark.

A business that takes customers' money should also take responsibility for delivering its products on time. Grahan Tiso Bike Company failed on both reliability and customer service. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of customers' time and trust.

I understand that delays can occasionally happen, but delaying an order twice without proper communication is simply unacceptable. Companies are judged not only by the products they sell but by how they treat customers when problems arise, and in this case the company failed badly.

I deeply regret ordering from Grahan Tiso Bike Company. What should have been a happy birthday surprise turned into stress, disappointment, and frustration. I will never order from this company again, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase look elsewhere unless they are prepared for missed deadlines, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.

Save yourself the frustration and buy from a company that actually values its customers.

My walking trousers arrived quickly, in time for my walking holiday in Andorra. Their good quality served me well and there are plenty of pockets for money, handkerchieves and so on. They are light, nicely comfortable and easy for walking in them.

delivery time was atrocious and the communication emails contradictory all told other than actual eventually getting my order the rest was atrocious

It was very simple and easy too order and came within three says.

Tbh when I had the delivery I had s empty packet with nothing in. This stressed me out because I work nights ( hadn't slept much) & I knew I had to sort it out. After awhile I decided to ring Tiso Glasgow store. I spoke to a Scottish man ( who lived nr the hills ) in Glasgow. By 5pm he'd sorted it all out & my delivery came correct the next day. I didn't get the mans name but he mentioned he was coming to England to visit in Oxfordshire. I suggested if he was coming anywhere nr Malvern ( where i live ) to ting me & I would buy him a pint. I didn't get his name, that man was a legend & deserves a rise. My name is David Brant, could you thank him from me?
