Tbh when I had the delivery I had s empty packet with nothing in. This stressed me out because I work nights ( hadn't slept much) & I knew I had to sort it out. After awhile I decided to ring Tiso Glasgow store. I spoke to a Scottish man ( who lived nr the hills ) in Glasgow. By 5pm he'd sorted it all out & my delivery came correct the next day. I didn't get the mans name but he mentioned he was coming to England to visit in Oxfordshire. I suggested if he was coming anywhere nr Malvern ( where i live ) to ting me & I would buy him a pint. I didn't get his name, that man was a legend & deserves a rise. My name is David Brant, could you thank him from me?

Found what I was looking for at a great price, it was delivered swiftly, and in good condition. The website is easy to use, the prices are good, what's not to like?

I've had a good experience. I got a patagonia torrentshell jacket for a really reasonable price. The website was easy to use and the jacket arrived promptly (in about 3 days) with free delivery included!

You sent the wrong E bike I had to wait another week for my original order to arrive which when arrived it had its internal seat post fixing missing and I went on holiday to Lake District with out my bike which I was going to use so I had to wait until I got back for replacement part. Also kick stand was damaged on bike marked and scratched due to postage in box. Asked for some sort of goodwill gesture and all I got was my original postage back. Not very happy about that. As I was. Going to be ordering a bike for my wife of your website but I will be looking else were I think

A great price. Delivery was extra and the bike took an extra day to arrive. It was well packaged. Unfortunately it was missing tubeless valves, but once I'd rung Tiso to explain, they sent replacements on next day delivery.

Tiso we're excellent especially Melissa at Glasgow. My only complaint is with the carrier Royal Mail who told lies about the delivery. The bike arrived a day late due to them telling lies!!!

The second order that has been messed up by them. Items being unavailable despite being in stock in their stores. Deliveries being late for no apparent reason other than incompetence. Their Inverness shop seems to be the worst. The contact us link on their website is broken and has been for weeks. Good luck getting your query resolved on the phone. I was a loyal customer but will go elsewhere. Their competitors manage to deliver on time, with proper tracking, something that seems to be beyond Tiso and DPD, who are truly shocking as a courier.

Ordered for click and collect. Came quickly and opening hours of shop made it easy to collect after work.
