The ticketing system needs improvement. Despite putting the electronic ticket in my phone wallet, It would not scan and I had to go to the ticket office for paper tickets. Apparently, this is a fairl... See more

Atmosphere and ease of getting to…
Atmosphere and ease of getting to ground and entering
Terrible planning and management of a gig
Allowing only 30 minutes for thousands of people to enter the gates is a complete joke. I joined the line at 5:15 which was enormous by this stage already and missed the opening band Currents as the staff handling tickets were slow and there wasn’t enough people to move the line steadily. Lines for everything were much bigger than normal for a riverstage show. Getting merch was unattainable, getting a drink took 20 minutes meaning time was spent away from enjoying the show that I paid good money for. It was one of the worst experiences of a riverstage show in a long time with evidently poor planning and management. The only saving grace was the bands were amazing albeit very short lived. Currents as an opening band only being given 7 songs to perform was deplorable. Sadly I will be avoiding the riverstage performances going forward as I genuinely want my money back after such a poor experience.

loved it but the lines
Absolutely loved the show but I am not sure if it's you guys or the venue or whoever but the lines for merch were too much. Get multiple stalls around the place, still had a great time though
What is wrong with the ticketing system…
What is wrong with the ticketing system and getting through the gate? When we arrived at the ground, I was gobsmacked at how many people were waiting to get in at Gate 2. We had no bags so managed to skip the queue. The attendant had a hand held scanner which could not pick up my downloaded tickets to my Wallet. Why is it so hard???? When in the ground, I then had no internet.
System doesn't keep up
There's a bit of a systemic Fail involved in this. I sold my tickets on the Ticketmaster Resale facility some time ago. So obviously I didn't go to the show and won't be giving it a review. It is curious that your system can't capture what's happened in this case.
The event was well organised ,
The event was well organised ,
The staff were helpful and professional ,
The State Theatre is a stunning place to host such an event, very appropriate.
The entry was a breeze with literally no waiting time which was great thanks to digital ticketing ..
The only issue for me was the parking which cost me $90 for 2 hours ..
It was a rainy night and I chose not to take public transport so that’s on me but still think everyone would agree on this ..
next time I will take public transport .
Overall I enjoyed the venue , the service and the show 🙏
Brookvale Oval
Travelled from Tasmania to watch this game. Couldn't find seats Security and event staff were very rude and unhelpful. Managed to see part of the second half but destroyed my holiday aspirations.
Easy to work with
It was suggested to download tickets…
It was suggested to download tickets into the wallet app for a faster flow. Well mine wouldn't load in the app so held up the line as I had to return to ticketmater to get my tickets. Also a pain when your leaving the stadium (pass out or arm bands ) would be more easy as opening and closing of the apps is slow.

Fantastic show
Fantastic show. Id definitely go again - also i think this was best version of Mr Darcy I’ve ever seen. Even if he didn't jump in the pond.
I downloaded the App onto my phone
I downloaded the App onto my phone. It acknowledged that I had bought a ticket but the ticket would not download onto my phone. The email printout (not screen shot) gave me a barcode and seat number which would not scan at the stadium entrance. I had evidence that I had paid for a ticket and so I was let in. Not a good service.
Ticketmaster fan support have been…extremely helpful
