The only way to go.

Booking was very easy. Keeping tickets safe and easy to access also a breeze. This made our trip to Sydney to see The Lion King far less stressful than it might have been. We had a wonderful experience.

Very disappointing customer service…

Very disappointing customer service from Ticketmaster.

I purchased a Deluxe Package for Anastasia in Sydney and booked flights and accommodation from Brisbane. Ticketmaster cancelled the Thursday performance, forcing me to change my plans and attend on Friday instead.

Then, just days before the show, Ticketmaster emailed me instructions for collecting my Deluxe Package inclusions (program, chocolates, champagne, etc.). When I arrived, I was told those inclusions only applied to the cancelled performance.

The email was sent well after the cancellation, yet there was no apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake, and no offer of any goodwill gesture. Poor communication and even poorer customer service.

Easily booked our tickets. Tickets available quickly. On the day of performance I was sent a reminder & a link for them so they could be easily be scanned.

Great communication

Regularly reminders sent out options to sell if couldnt make it. Easy to book Melbourne Recital centre great venue for smaller audiences. Colin Hay great singer and story teller

Very enjoyable show

Very enjoyable show! A little confusing though, when some actors played several parts……
Ie ‘Darcy’was also ‘Tilley’ - they were very clever to play 2 or 3 different roles! Quite amazing!!!!
I don’t think the swearing was necessary to get laughs though! I doubt bad language was tolerated in that era?

Easy booking process

Easy booking process. I like being able to see the seating view before purchase. Being able to add the ticket to your wallet makes it very easy on the day. Follow up emails are just enough.

Request to Exchange/Refund a ticket

I am extremely grateful to Michael from the Box Office at the Athenaeum for all his assistance and shall be re-booking the show this afternoon for a another date as I really wanted to see this show. Thank you so much.

Unable to resell tickets

Unable to resell tickets. Cannot believe that Ticketmaster does not have a resell option. I was quite ill and could not attend. And you cannot talk to amyone other than a BOT who kept saying to go to my account and go to the resell option. Quite frustrating.

Absolutely awful at communicating

Absolutely awful at communicating. I haven't received my digital tickets so have been trying to contact Ticketmaster for a couple of weeks through multiple ways as advised on their website. There is no phone number to ring and speak to a human. Infuriating. At this stage i have no tickets to be able to attend my event however they have been paid for!!!!!!
