Tom jones was brilliant

The venue is really nice; the seats were alright, but a bit far to the right, but apart from that it was great.
The only really annoying thing (out of the control of TicketMaster), was the idiot next to me singing (badly) along with James Taylor.... I didn't spend £80 to listen to some random bloke singing next to me!!
But from TicketMaster, it was well organised, friendly.

We had a great day but there could have been more seating in the country area. The staff were also not the best when serving drinks and there was no organisation for leaving the event. The was at least 5 rows of cars all fighting to get out of the same small exit. It should have been manned with staff to allow a reflow in one direction. My car was nearly hit and it took almost an hour to eventually get out. Staff were just stood around.

Easy booking process. Tickets arrived a week before event so there was no panicking that I couldn’t find them having booked months before.

Scarborough Open Air Theatre is a fantastic venue and James Taylor, with his All Star Band, performed superbly yesterday evening! Thankfully the weather was kind! The sound was superb too! 🎶🎸🥁🎹🌈

Easy to book on line and tickets came through with updates until the concert

I found the website straightened to use. The selection of the seats was not difficult, as was payment. The timely reminders, with useful information was appreciated. Using the e-ticket was effective. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the performance. The venue and facilities were very good. My only problem was that there was only one exit route, which made leaving the venue very timetaking and crowded

Absolutely amazing night to remember

It was easy to book the tickets we wanted on the web site, and the fact you provided an example of the view from our seating position was helpful when deciding where to sit.
We have never been to Wembley before, but what a great venue. Everything was so well organised there and staff were friendly and helpful.
WIFI was extremely poor at the venue, so it was slightly stressful when trying to download the e tickets needed to gain entry because we weren't allowed to use screen shots.
The Jubilee Line had delays in the evening which was a bit stressful because we were worried about catching our last train home from CX. However, this only slightly tarnished what was a truly fantastic evening of entertainment.

Easy to obtain tickets and updates

it was a great night however there was no policing of seating. I am the last to judge a hidden disability but at least 50% of the people in the less able area where my seats were assigned were taken by young teenagers dancing and drinking heavily, which meant some people with a visible disability had some concerns, equally they stood all
night which meant people just couldn't see the show except for a screen . i thought this area was poorly managed by the staff

Easy to order. Easy to go into app and find your ticket. Lots of updates.

Adverts alerted me in advance so I knew when to look for tickets.

Concert excellent!

Tickets sent directly to phone and saved in TM app as well as in my wallet so very safe and easy to produce at venue. TM kept me up to date with venue restrictions etc. made the whole experience easy.

A brilliant performance that exceeded my expectations. And what a great venue that I would definitely visit again.

Fabulous, easy experience

Concert was amazing. Booking process chaotic and difficult - admin charges and paying extra for end of aisle seats when the second seat wasn’t is a bit of a liberty!!!
But hey, all worth it to see Bruno 🌹❤️
