Easy and secure

Awful. Asked for a booking confirmation for insurance purposes and they states they can’t provide one?

The information supplied prior to the concert was very useful.
The one main complaint is not being able to have been provided with a paper ticket. I had problems on entering the concert which held up people behind me in my queue as I couldn’t access my ticket using my phone. Fortunately one of the staff on the gate managed to do this for me. But the delay could have easily been avoided if I’d had a paper ticket.

The booking process was very easy and simple to follow and follow up about a week before the event.
Staff were very helpful on the night to help with the really poor Wifi that we had trying to access our tickets on Android phone.
The location was perfect, but if its cold take a coat and an umbrella if its raining as it is open air.

Amazing concert - Bruno Mars ‘The romantic tour’ - and the venue was very clean, helpful staff, great for disabilities and very clear signs to help you navigate the stadium/where to go.

Tried to sell my tickets I had purchased through ticketmaster and they never listed them until the day before the gig. Comunication from them was poor.

Very easy booking experience. The show was excellent. The venue was very good. My only criticism is when booking the balcony row A you should advise that leg room is extremely limited those seats are no good for tall people.

The event I bought two tickets to see never took place as the area was completely evacuated by the police...yet, according to Ticketmaster, my non-attendance was somehow my fault hence I was not entitled to any refund. They've literally stolen my money and there's nothing I can do about it.

Tickets were easy to purchase and add to the wallet before the event. Piece Hall is a fabulous venue for a concert. Event was well organised.

Could not go and found it impossible to refund and resell my 2 tickets. I had a knee operation 3 weeks ago and found the automated system to transfer or resell tickets beyond disappointing.

We had a great time at the concert. Speedy process to get through. Staff very friendly and supported me as i am disabled. My only criticism is leaving the venue was chaos. We held back so i wasn't caught up in the crush but was basically evicted. I understand they have to clean up and go home themselves, i do, but surely they can allow some time for the 10000's of people to disperse safely. I ended up being thrown into a big crowd all trying to get on to the tube. I witnessed fights, arguments and police arrests. Surely there is a better way to deal with leaving the venue. It ruined what was such a fabulous evening with Bruno Mars.

A fantastic little venue with a great atmosphere loved every minute of it looking forward for to the next one. Getting to see Sir Tom Jones what a pleasure such a legend and still got it. 👏👏👏😮

Never had a problem using Ticketmaster. Easy, reliable and doesn’t overcharge. Tickets sent to my phone for convenience.

Easy to buy tickets, easy to add to wallet. Great show and venue. All good 👍
