Tom was fab as always. The venue itself was fab but you need to liaise with venues better about when the event is over as leaving there was NO organisation at all! It was ridiculous

Booking the tickets can be quite stressful!
Eventually bought 5 for Bruno Mars Saturday evening performance ( not the original date I was hoping to book ) .
When we arrived & sat in our seats we had a restrictive view of the centre of the stage where Bruno performed the majority of his show from . I can’t remember when I made the booking that it was a restricted view, so a little disappointed.Tickets were over £200 each so would expect a better view than we had , but it was still a fantastic night & so happy I managed to my tickets once they were released 😊

Luke Combs was truly amazing loved him first time I had seen him in concert . The seats however were not so good 😡 we were at the right hand side at the back of the stage E6/Y/4 in a corner , we had no view of the front of the stage at all and a small screen at the side to watch unless he came out into the middle of the stage . Empty seats in front and beside us too which some people may like but far too far away .
Don’t sell ticket with bad views it’s unfair on people spending a lot of money when there was loads of seats free right in front of the stage ! Disappointing ticket master

Having disabled ambulant tickets and having to walk 75% of the stadium perimeter wasn't helpful. Asked 2 staff wearing access asdistance tabards and was still given directions to walk around perimeter to get to seats. Entered in middle where there were signs for gold circle access straight in front of us. After struggling to walk round the long way our entrance was at gold circle entrance. There should have been staff to help at that enteance point. Staff were not aware of disabled access seats and just asked what stand we were in.
Also I had ambulance disabled tickets, everyone stood for the whole concert so I could only see stage and screens if i stood up and I cant stand for long so only saw a couple of songs.
I felt disability access and support at other concerts was much better than at murrayfield.

Great concert at a great venue.
Comfortable seats with a good view of the stage.
Security staff were helpful and friendly.

Straightforward ticket distribution from venue much easier than normal. Useful email re what to expect.

Wow catch a breath JT and is band were fantastic. Great venue great night can’t wait for the next one. Thank you.just wish I bought a souvenir ticket

Very very disappointed with the seating. Accepted that they were high tier seating at the rear, and they were not sold as limited/ restricted view seats, however the entire middle of the stage was obscured by the on pitch speakers.
Then, to compound things, the video screens were very badly out of sync with the music, meaning you could not really watch the screens. I had to look away from the screens, making it a very long and expensive day to effectively listen to the music like I wasn't really there.
This was not really acceptable after spending a lot of money and travelling 200 miles to the gig.

Show was amazing, sound system at Wembley very poor, not right for a concert

The venue is really nice; the seats were alright, but a bit far to the right, but apart from that it was great.
The only really annoying thing (out of the control of TicketMaster), was the idiot next to me singing (badly) along with James Taylor.... I didn't spend £80 to listen to some random bloke singing next to me!!
But from TicketMaster, it was well organised, friendly.

We had a great day but there could have been more seating in the country area. The staff were also not the best when serving drinks and there was no organisation for leaving the event. The was at least 5 rows of cars all fighting to get out of the same small exit. It should have been manned with staff to allow a reflow in one direction. My car was nearly hit and it took almost an hour to eventually get out. Staff were just stood around.

Easy booking process. Tickets arrived a week before event so there was no panicking that I couldn’t find them having booked months before.

Scarborough Open Air Theatre is a fantastic venue and James Taylor, with his All Star Band, performed superbly yesterday evening! Thankfully the weather was kind! The sound was superb too! 🎶🎸🥁🎹🌈
