Important disagreement
Your application was out of service when I went to the stadium in Yverdon. I had to require the assistance of an official member of the club to be able to enter the stadium.
Next time I should print my ticket !! which is not the purpose of your application.

Why is my seat not available
The purchase itself went really well. Only when I was in the stadium I had to realize that my indicated seat in sector L seat 22, which is actually indicated in the front row, does not exist. How does that work, please?

Misleading information about buying tickets in advance
According to the flyer that I saw at the event, the tickets for the Sunday should have cost 9 CHF per person (Vorverkauf) and that should already have included a drink coupon. Buying the tickets through Ticketmaster (Vorverkauf) cost 12 chf and no drink coupon was included. Certainly not going to buy tickets for Caliente through Ticketmaster again. Some people in the queue had the same problem; after about 15 minutes it was still not resolved, the people from the organization just told us to tell Ticketmaster about the problem.
