Full of joy happiness, dance, smile...
Maybe one of the band on the worldwide top ten of "Fellgood band".
Good songs, good rythm, good vibes, good attitude, good crowd... all was so cool.

I sold my ticket but still did not get the money back

Worst user experience in the checkout process. I almost gave up on spending my gift voucher of chf 250 because the order flow had so many bugs and hurdles.

they don't let you transfer tickets to family members on the day of the show and don't tell you in advance (at least not in any emails I saw, or in the event information). If you're not going to the show this means that your tickets are useless. It is basically some form of theft. dumbest idea i ever heard. if you are going to do such a dumb idea at least make it clear in advance. the tickets were for Drake and they were 200 CHF each. I need to transfer 4. That's 800 CHF of potentially worthless tickets for a dumbass reason. Tell people.

Terrible registration and checkout process on their website. Full of broken steps. In addition, my first ticket purchase failed but Ticketmaster still charged me. I only received tickets on the second attempt, yet they charged me for both. I contacted customer service right away but their responses were unhelpful and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Now I’m being forced to pursue legal action. Very disappointing experience for such a large platform.

Not being able to transfer my second ticket to the person with I was, was a pain. He couldn’t go to the toilets alone…

Worst company ever. Website crashed when bought the tickets, did not received any email confirmation, I thought that did not went through, bought again, I got the email confirmation, after couple hours received email confirmation of the first attempt. Resold the tickets via Ticketmaster. In the end show got postponed to 2026. I won't be able to get my money until the show got place. Ridiculous situation. When the show get cancelled/postponed, clients should be entitled to refund straight away!!

We loved the concert in itself,the Halenstadion organisation,Ticketmaster efficacity!

Great performances, no notes.

Venue: the doors stayed open so I could keep my sweater on and it didn't get too hot.

No issues ordering the ticket. Got it a couple of days later by post.

It was an absolute fantastic concert. Archive - at their best.
However, I would have appreciated the sound to be a bit less loud. It's always a pity listening the concert with ear plugs.
Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to tonight - the next gig with Archive

One from the Security was very unfriendly.

The concert was simply unforgettable! From the moment Lisa and Jules stepped onto the stage, you could feel the tension and anticipation in the audience. Their voices harmonize so perfectly together that you were instantly transported to another world.

At the end of the concert, everyone in the hall was filled with gratitude for this magical evening. It wasn't just a concert, but an experience that will continue to live on in our hearts for a long time!

I bought 3 collector tickets early september 2024 wishing them to be a Christmas present for my two kids.
I never received them...
Worse, I still had no news 5 days before the event.
I had to send a ticketmaster complaint, write an email to Basel Longine organisation and finally call Basel organisation to learn, 3 days before the event, that the tickets would be available at main entrance on the day of the event.
Disappoitment on Christmas day, stress of not being sur to be able to attend the event over the full waiting period of time and not even 1 communication on the issue during the waiting period neither 1 word of excuse at welcome desk nor added to the envelop with the tickets, I cannot say this was a nice experience.
On top of that, I still have in mind the tickets I had bought for Cavaluna show in 2020 which was cancelled because of covid crisis but that I never got reimbursed...
For me, ticketmaster isn't reliable, maybe not the system itself, but the overall process around it.

It was great to have the tickets in the app and be able to show them day by day at the entrance of the ice stadium. It was a great tournament in Davos, I would totally recommend it !

Line up was not as confirmed at the beginning. Very sadfully experience. I dont think that i will buy another Ticket on this internet page
