Well trained staff, the gentleman on the phone serves you like an angel.

I think the rep was called Steve.... he was polite and made my experience less hassle than whst can be expected with some insurance companies.... I've been with Think insurance for about 5 years now and throughout my time with them , I can't fault them....for price or service.
