Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 18,568 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently find the booking process to be easy, efficient, and quick, often allowing them to secure tickets just minutes before their train departs. Many appreciate the convenience of booking various train companies with a single click and the helpful live updates on train times, platforms, and delays. The platform is also praised for offering good fares, including split tickets, and for its user-friendly interface that makes navigating and finding the best routes straightforward. However, some customers also noted occasional difficulties with the website, such as issues with downloading tickets, default fields requiring multiple inputs, or problems with railcard recognition. A few other people also felt that changing travel dates could be impossible or that the service became less reliable when dealing with unusual situations.

Made a mistake with a booking

Made a mistake with a booking, called - was told my ticket was fine and would be valid. Got to the gates and didn’t work - staff wouldn’t let me through. Had to re buy a ticket (used another app and cheaper)

The trains from seaham to newcastle…

The trains from seaham to newcastle were cancelled. The staff sent several of us to the wrong bus stand for replacement bus. Ended up sharing an uber and paying more . Next time replacement bus is confirmed I will not be giving my money to the train service at all as 7 of us were almost stranded in seaham .
