Ordered an orifice burner never received the part it was on back order about six weeks ago they did charge my CC for the part. Sent E-mails tried to call the mailbox is always full. no response to e-mails I guess I'm out that money thought this was a good site. The part is no longer needed would like my CC reimbursed. I have been informed that the part(s) I ordered are on backorder. That is unfortunate but not your fault. It happens. But I recently looked at my credit card account and found that I was already charged the full amount on 9/27. That is not something I would have expected until the complete order is actually shipped.
