The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. The New You Plan diet works on the same principle as other weight loss companies that offer a Total food replacement (TFR), Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) programmes. Delivery option not guaranteed
Although the order was processed and sent out quickly, I DID opt for parcelforce delivery as I had lost confidence in DPD with them not leaving parcels in the lockers I choose for delivery. Luckily this time round the parcel was left in the lockers and not taken back to the depot. Yes it was half price delivery and on this occasion was only 50p difference but it should be noted and ensured that when customers choose a particular delivery option that it is honoured.

Just to clarify, the issue is not usually with the courier themselves, but with locker availability at the time they attempt delivery. If the selected lockers are full or unavailable when the driver arrives, this can affect whether the parcel can be left there, and in some cases it may be taken back to the depot or redirected.

So sweet
I think you have changed the ingredients on some of the products and they are far to sweet for me. I did love the bonoffee porridge, but I can't eat it now its so sweet. The bars are all so sweet. The sweetner leaves a strange taste in your mouth.

We’re sorry to hear some of the products are now tasting too sweet for you, especially the Banoffee Porridge when it was one you previously loved. We completely understand how disappointing that must be when a favourite no longer feels right for your taste.
We do have different product ranges, including Total and VLCD, and some products are available in both ranges. This means recipes, taste and texture can vary slightly depending on which version you choose.
As our products are nutritionally formulated with vitamins and minerals, sweetener is sometimes used to help balance and improve the flavour. That said, we know sweetness is very personal, and we really appreciate you sharing how the taste has been for you.

Delivery was a little slow this time, but i put that down to DPD, who changed delivery time. Disappointing that my favourite Coffee Creme shake, Toffee bar and Cookies and Cream bar were out of stock.

I've just completed week 3 and found it so easy to do. The bars and shakes taste so much better than the other meal replacement stuff on the market. I've got a long way to go but never expected to say that I am enjoying my weight loss journey.
There is plenty to choose from, it's easy to order and really fast delivery time. I thought it would be expensive but it's not. I bought a starter pack for £99 which covers all your 4 meals a day for 3 weeks. No further shopping required.
