I bought a preset and it didn’t work. I downloaded correctly and everything and it did nothing to my photos.

The same filters are already in Lightroom so I paid for something already have…

Ordering was easy and I found the presets, etc, useful for my creativity.

Was not able to open any of the download to get to work on my mac. There is nothing this program offers to see what the problem is.

The AI presets definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m not normally a fan of presets, however these targeted “purpose built” presets are amazing. I’ll get a lot of use from these for sure.

Hannah solved a problem for me after days of being on the phone with Adobe! My presets were applying face skin softener to every photo! She discovered it was in my import! How it got there I do not recollect or know. I had spent three days 3 hours a day on this problem!

As a landscape photographer, I needed to refocus on something not as adventurous for a while, but had no confidence in portrait/people photography as I found I could never get the WOW factor with developing. After a couple of mediocre purchases from other suppliers, the Luxe Lens was my last resort….and WOW!!! They are absolutely amazing, an absolute game changer. My confidence to head down the path portrait photography has gone to zero to 100, I’ve started sending out casting calls to friends as I know I will get the results I’m looking for…and can’t wait for this next journey of my photography…and to add they also work amazingly on my landscape photos.

The customer service is incredible and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to work with a team of good people.

I absolutely love the presets, they have truly taken my photography workflow to whole new level. I love how they enhance an image without being too much. It allows for the image to still feel natural. I also have to rave about their customer service. I ran into an issue with using some of my presets and they responded super quickly and did everything to try to help. In the end it was just that my laptop was too old haha, but after replacing with a newer and faster one everything works perfectly. I’ve been a customer for quite a while and will continue to be!

Absolutely love Luxe! Customer service is amazing, and the presets are magical. Everything is so user-friendly, and there are so many different ways to edit your photos using the many presets and effects! My favorites are Earthy Moods & Sweater Weather. Luxe is the best, hands down!

I love all of my presets and overlays from The Luxe Lens. I bought a pack of all of them and love them all. The overlays are my favorite and give my photos that magical feel I’m looking for.

These presets have absolutely been a game changer! I have used Luxe Lens for years, but their new AI packs are incredible, and so easy to use. I needed help when I first got them and Hannah with customer service was able to assist me and within minutes my questions were answered and my photos for my business are a whole new level. Thank you for consistently providing a great product!!!

I bought a product that the description states as for use on Desktop.
The link they sent me was for Iphone.
I contacted you by email saying that there was a mistake.
They said I need to update my software and sent a new link.
I can't upload the software because Adobe says it's incompatible.
I went back to Luxe Lens and they said they can't refund the money.
They should make the information clearer on their product.
Don't waste your money with this company.

Save your money! Iv been trying to download these presets and figured it wasn’t working. Was under the assumption it would come up as an app. Got in contact and they acknowledged that I was trying to download through Google and yet it’s not working. Asked for a refund and they’re telling me they can’t give me one although iv expressed that i can’t even download the presets advised me to download on safari and even that’s not working! I just want my money back at this point. When I bought it I wanted to use it the very night and 2 days later no presets and haven’t got any further forward with downloading the presets and ended up doing the work myself!

Customer service was great! Took the time to send me relevant links to help with my issue, and responded quickly.

Such beautiful presets! They work perfectly for fall (or any time of year) and draw focus to the subjects better than any presets I’ve used as well as have amazing effects

I have previously purchased lightroom presetsfrom the Luxe Lens and loved them. I made a purchase and when I received the download it wasn't a lightroom preset. I double-checked the description and it was clearly listed as not for lightroom; it was 100% my error! I reached out to see if it would be possible to exchange what I received for a lightroom preset and quickly received a response. Not only did they provide the lightroom preset I wanted, but they provided something new for me to try as well. It was such quick and incredible customer service. This was completely my fault and they didn't have to provide an exchange and even went further and offered something else! THANK YOU, truly!!

I've been using The Luxe Lens for Lightroom presets for years now, and always been completely satisfied with their products and their customer support. The presets are so much more customizable and have a greater range of tones and effects than presets from other companies that I've tried, and I found the writer-ups on their websites on how to install them on various devices (like mobile LR on my android) so helpful. After buying tons of their sets on my own, the company approached my about teaming up with them to help spread the word on Instagram, and through that I've felt so very supported and encouraged every time they reach out. My contact within The Luxe Lens even taught me how to make reels for Instagram. I couldn't recommend them more!
