Great customer support
I made an error in my purchase, completely my fault. I got in touch with customer support and thought I would not hear for weeks! How wrong I was. Customer support got back to me really quickly and were so super helpful in providing a solution for my mistake. And the icing on the cake... the presets are great too!! Marketing vs actual usage
Your marketing was great, so I bought in. But once you actually download it to use it, it doesn't do what appears to be what the advertisement shows within the realm of AI automation and how it just does a whole lot for you by recognizing what your photo is and making it look awesome. That's what I signed up for. That's not what this feels like, unless I'm missing something?

Hello Joyce! There may be some confusion here! I am seeing evidence of the download link being delivered to your email at the time of purchase. I am also seeing evidence of a download registered for the preset files 13 days ago (on the day of purchase), and two additional downloads of our PDF guide made 2 hours ago! However, I have not seen any attempts made to reach out to our support address for support! We are happy to help with import and use if you are running into trouble from there!

Can look over processed if applied without care
Not enough control over the sensitivity when applying skin and facial editing I had to review the results and often undo and remove over processed images. Okay for quick tweaking but it’s back to photoshop for me for fine art editing A great idea for many amateur photographers and this plugin would probably give you what you’re looking for!
