Nick was prompt and courteous and with his knowledge and specialist equipment was able to detect the leakage problem which was diagnosed and fixed economically. Very satisfied.

Excellent job. This company can`t be faulted from the our initial enquiry with the Sam in the office right through to Anthony who came to find and sort out the leak.

Anthony was professional, polite and explained everything to us. We were worried he would not be able to locate the leak as it wasn't major and you could not see any evidence of it. But he found it, fixed it and tidied up

Its never a good experience having a leak but TLDC responded quickly to investigate a likely leak (spinning roadside meter). The office team were helpful and professional and an engineer (Anthony) was onsite a few days later and quickly found the leak under our driveway using compressed gas. He dug down to find that a T-connector to an outside tap was the cuplrit. He first attempted repairs with the existing T but ultimately replaced it and all has been well. Anthony was professional and friendly and a bonus is that we now know where our mains supply pipe (and weak points are). I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Simon. At least two plumbers had tried and failed to locate the leak. Simon found it very quickly. He had an impressive array of technology at his disposal.He was very thorough in investigating all potential sources of problems after the first source of the leak was found and identified two further issues. He communicated very well and documented what he had found very clearly.

Simon located the underfloor leak and fitted a new section of pipe, all in a reasonable amount of time.
Also pointed out a couple of minor, unrelated plumbing issues, to be dealt with by a regular plumber in due course.
Provided details of a company specialising in reinstatement and liaison with insurance company.

Very happy with the service we received from The Leak Detection Co.The engineer was on time and always polite. He fully explained how he was going to try and find the problem,which he did after several different tests.He was very tidy in his work,making sure we were happy with what he was doing.Our own plumber would deal with the leak.He was a credit to the company. We liked him very much.He also likes a cup of tea..Thankyou .

The knowledge of water systems that our LDC engineer had enabled us to understand our system better, and to then prove to the Water Board that we do not have a leak. Something that we are told every year. However we now have a better understanding of it which is great.
