I initially purchased five prayer mats and had a smooth experience with no problems. Encouraged by this, our community group decided to order and pay for 25 mats. Unfortunately, this larger order never arrived, and I've been unable to reach anyone through phone, email, or webchat. It's been quite stressful and disheartening. At this point, my only option seems to be to address the issue with my bank.

I ordered 5 prayer mats and received these with no issue. As part of a community group we then ordered and paid for 25 more. These have not arrived and I cannot get any response from phone, email or webchat. I am at my wits end and so disappointed. The only thing i can now do is raise it with my bank.
