Item still hasn’t arrived two weeks after ordering. According to the tracking it still hasn’t even been dropped off. I have rung and emailed and received absolutely no response. Truly abysmal service.

Bamboo ihram.
Got the bamboo ihram for Hajj, wjich were comfortable but also environmentally friendly and sustainable which is super important for Hajj. The website was easy to use. The prices are competitive and the delivery was very prompt.

Frame arrived completely shattered despite very expensive shipping
Extremely disappointing experience.
I paid around €20 for shipping alone, excluding customs duties and import taxes, only to receive a glass frame with the glass completely shattered inside the parcel.
I could already hear broken glass moving around as I started opening the package. For an international shipment containing a glass frame, the protection was clearly nowhere near sufficient.
Charging this much for delivery and then sending a fragile glass item without packaging capable of protecting it in transit is unacceptable.
I now expect a replacement to be sent at no additional cost, with proper reinforced protective packaging, and obviously without being charged shipping again.
Very poor experience for what should have been a straightforward order.

This shop has the advantage of offering a wide choice of large-size, good-quality ihrams for bigger men like me who want to perform their Umrah. And delivery to France was much faster than announced.

Ordered 3 weeks ago to be told the 100ml bottle was out of stock so x2 50mls would be sent out! Then waited another week for delivery to see it had been delivered to a different address and they’ve obviously pinched it as they said it’s not there! Called n emailed the customer no with no response at all, totally unprofessional service stay clear!

Bad first experience, and the last
I bought a simple Koran from Germany and paid 16€ in the checkout only for the delivery. It took 3 weeks to arrive to be delivered and now I have to pay another 9€ for the customs.
Not paying this. Told the seller, and the only answers I get are cryptic. I’m not paying for a Koran 10€, and for its delivery 25€. Makes no sense. It was no where stated I would also have to pay for the customs on top. Will have it be returned to the seller if he doesent pay the customs and will force a refund through PayPal. Bad first experience, and the last.
