It has good power
It has good power, just need to cut into small pieces if fruit is added. Very useful and its size is just to carry in the suitcase. The elegant design. I loved it recommended.

The blender comes with a wireless…
The blender comes with a wireless charging dock. I charged it for 3 hours and can use it for up to 15 blends. Very easy charge, and I never have to worry about cords getting in the way. Plus, it looks great om my kitchen and doesn't take up too much space.

Scam - no item received and Royal Mail tracking saying still waiting to receive from sender 8 days later. Put claim into credit card for item not received. Customer service made no offer to refund or send alternative item so that it would arrive in time for Christmas.

Juicer bottle okay but customer service isn’t great.
Very relieved the product arrived, not in time for Christmas as expected. The customer service isn’t great , you are given a tracking number within seconds but the product is in another country and you cannot cancel. The phone number doesn’t work. So initially felt this was a scam. The bottle itself looks okay, just need to test it.

Christmad present that never arrived
I ordered their product online with my credit card debited immediately. Eventually I had to email them as I had received no confirmation. I'm still waiting for a delivery date and have almost given up. A deplorable customer service and have to agree with other reviews. This is a scam, don't fall for it. There are plenty of better products out there in reliable trustworthy retailers.

SCAM - not a UK company or product
Awful shop - stuff is shipped from China so takes weeks to arrive, then arrived with damaged boxes. The return policy is that you have to return TO CHINA within 14 days, they won’t refund your shipping or pay for the return costs. Return to China is £35 - for a £30 blender! Of course no one will make a return ! Customer service is non existent. SCAM

As it hasn’t arrived yet, and they don’t seem to know when I’ll receive my Juicer, I’m afraid I can’t say much about the product, other than poor service so far.

Placed an order November 10th, never arrived
Placed an order November 10th. Supposedly due to lack of stock item was shipped directly from China. According to the tracking number it hasn’t moved from the destination airport since end of November. I think it’s a scam and will be reporting to my credit card company.

Utter garbage and total scam. Buyer be ware of any seller that can't stand behind the integrity of its products. No one should ever be asked to pay shipping fees or follow unreasonable requests for returning defective merchandise
