I ordered this item through Facebook over 2 months ago and still hasn't arrived. I have had to trawl through Facebook to find the ad and now i'll have to do the same through my bank account and contact them.
Very very poor service and will ask for a refund based on these reviews.

Definitely a scam - I ordered one in august - still waiting for it to be delivered . No one will respond to my fb massages and emails - very disappointing
Don’t buy this !

Placed an order last month and I'm still waiting for the blender or any information about delivery.
They kept the money, issued an order confirmation without track ID or any other valid info about delivery. All my emails to the support team asking for more information have been returned to sender. Trying to get refund by all means necessary. Keep away from this website, don't buy!!!

SCAM ordered over a month ago. Still not arrived. Contacted them twice since, no reply . Don’t buy this product.

I placed my order on the 19th May , still no juicer, one email received after I made contact promising it’s been shipped and on its was ( this was in July) and no update or juicer since.
Very disappointed. Like others I am now requesting a refund!!

I can not use my blender. It is missing the magnetic charger. I tried reaching out to you for some resolution,but have heard nothing from you. I am very unhappy and frustrated.

very slow delivery, and bad protection of the parcel during the delivery, my bottle boxes are all damaged. Considering it's a gift, it's really a bad experience

The Fresh Juice Portable Blender is beautiful and easy to use and to clean. The delivery is great, fast and efficient.

Arrived, didn’t work! Completely useless product and been waiting for refund for 1 month now. Total waste of time and money. Avoid!

I haven't received any tracking details from I ordered my two blenders , very disappointing for a first time customer.

My bottle is due on the 12th of May but the tracking has not moved from order received since the 22nd of April. I ordered the bottle from a UK company because I thought it would be a quick delivery. If I had wanted to buy it from temu I could have done so at a fraction of the price and waited just as long. I have contacted the company to no avail. Please don't insult me by telling me it has been delivered as we work from home and know the postman. I would like a refund please. If it does turn up then I will return it back to London, where your website says it ships from.
Well, it doesn't look like it's going to be delivered on time so I would like a refund please.

Received an order and the juicer doesn’t work. For two months trying to contact merchant unfortunately without luck!

Scam company not willing to replace or refund when the product fails after one week of using it.

It’s a scam, i ordered under buy 1 get 1 free offer, but received only 1 product that too fake and copy product. On emails they tried avoiding the issue and finally blocked my email address.

SCAM - Ordered a juicer on 14 February still not received.
Email follow up assured me a tracking number would be provided by end of day and item received within the next two days.
Of course neither was received now trying for a refund!!!

I bought it a couple of months ago and actually, the battery is not working anymore. I contacted customer support but they have not responded for a week! I should not have paid over 40 quid for it... You should know there is no way to have your blender fixed. It is a total scam!

I already use this more than my previous blender because it is portable and convenient.
