Easy to order, been kept upto date about my delivery

Beware - Clovedale was previously Mova London which has almost 500 1 star reviews on Trustpilot. Note the return address is for China, which you will be required to pay postage for and make your own arrangements for customs too, which will likely mean the expense of a courier. The item I received was meant to be a medium men’s size but was closer to a child’s size.

Great quality in the clothes. I have ordered numerous time. The only slight negative is the length of time it takes for deliver as my order took over 1 week to arrive. Overall very satisfied.

Accessing customer support was very straightforward. I was impressed with the speed of reply and the prompt attention to the issue. One slight observation - it would be a lovely personal touch if all emails were signed off with a name.

Firstly, I wanted to confirm that the shoes I wanted were suitable for my vegan lifestyle and secondly, I had an issue with delivery, which has been promptly and considerately handled. The item I'd purchased and received was of good quality. The delivery times take a while, but the company do their best to appropriately update customers - by not over or under sending communications.

The different styles in dress and the amazing layout on the website made looking for the perfect dress amazing x
