Amazing Chocolate - superb products
The chocolate they make is amazing and scruptions and all good things. You will not regret buying their chocolate and its sustainable and ethical too which is an added bonus.
The only thing i wish would be improved would be tracking on orders or having a better idea on expected delivery dates. But i'm sure this will come.

Dunk Cookie Collab Bar
The quality of the chocolate from the chocolate smiths is amazing and considering the volume of orders they receive and being a small ish business my order arrived very quickly. I had a query about my order and I got a reply so fast and everything got answered. I ordered the Dunk Cookies collab bar and at first I did think the price was a little steep but when the order arrived I understood why, the chocolate bar was huge and the quality of the chocolate, cookie and dipping sauce was all to perfection. I’m so glad I ordered two because I loved it that much. The customer service is great and the quality of chocolate is outstanding. I’d happily purchase from here again. :)

Love this brand
Those chocolate bars are really great. The caramel is so good, that’s my favourite. I didn’t like the stroopfel as much as I wanted to but I’m not sure why. The chocolate is great quality. And I love the wrapping.

Great chocolate but the whole buying…
Great chocolate but the whole buying experience is truly awful. No issues with the twice a week releases but not being able to buy once in your basket is terrible . No way of storing your details for a quick check out and while fumbling to put info in your basket is emptied.

Fantastic Customer Service & a Lovely Surprise
Unfortunately my 4 chocolate bars arrived damaged in transit and as 2 of them were gists for my partner I decided to request a replacement for the two of them.
Contacting them was easy via email and communication was friendly, clear and polite (even though I was technically complaining).
After sending some pics of the damaged box and chocolate bars the lovely Krystyna agreed to replace them.
I received them about a week later - but - not only the 2 bars of requested replacements for... I received replacements for all 4 bars 😍 ... Fantastic customer service and a lovely surprise - Thank you Chocolatesmiths (& particularly Krystyna)

Shipping from the UK to Florida can be tricky because of the heat, but even if it’s a little melted, this chocolate is worth every penny. Best to order during fall/winter months.

Always amazing quality
I have now placed several orders with The Chocolate Smiths and never been disappointed on the quality, taste or unimpressed by the beauty of the packaging. I've tried several different flavours and also bought the pumpkins for Halloween. Lets get it straight they are not cheap HOWEVER you pay for the work and the quality of the product and I have never regretted it. If you want a quick fix get a bar of dairy milk (which is barely chocolate) if you want an experience buy anynof The Chocolate Smiths bars or specials.

Excellent chocolate as always
Excellent chocolate as always. I had my second or third order and got 8 bars (greedy I know) and ALL of them are fantastic. Shout out to the baklava inspired one, that was fantastic! Great quality chocolate and the fillings are top notch. The caramel always tastes delicious and perfect texture. I really like the golden one too (I think that's its name), basically inhaled that. I'll be back!

The flavors are inventive and amazing. Lots of communication about orders and they always are polite and responsive to my million questions. The packaging alone is enough to make me swoon, but the Olympus-worthy chocolate is life-altering.
