I had an issue with a digital manometer not pairing to my phone ,I returned it to Test meter in person luckily it’s close to me ,Nathan spent time with me to help me pair to my phone he couldn’t get it working,so he offered me another unit which was more expensive at the price I paid for the original unit

Pick-up and return was handled with great care, my PAT Tester came back bubble-wrapped and boxed up.
Calibration certificate in the box, customer-care services were very easy to get hold of, and any questions were answered thoroughly.

Why is a Digital License being shipped
Digital license being shipped! Why is this not downloadable. Not only did i have to wait, it wasn't even delivered, was sent to a local shop which i had to drive to. I purchased a number on a card for heaven's sake.

It's the manufactures which supply this as physical product, and from experience some customers do prefer something tangible rather than a e-mail that can be mistakenly deleted.
That said I do appreciate the frustration that you had to collect the item from a pickup shop, this should not have happened and it should of just been delivered through the post box (if available)
