No nonsense savings

No nonsense, straightforward savings account. Easy to set up and rates are competitive - they're not the highest, but taking into account the fact that some banks want to tie you in to current accounts etc., the flexibility offered by Tesco we found most suitable.

Not enough info provided first time

Not enough info provided first time, so problem reoccurred and had to call back again - and then had to call again as received a text saying new card was being issued to reduce risk of fraud - but was not told what prompted it!
