All good for the first trip (Milan Centrale to Milan Orio Airport), quite punctual. Pretty a mess instead, the second trip (Milan Malpensa) back to Milano centrale.

I opted for the Terravision bus, as it should have been significantly quicker than the Malpensa express. In the end, it was definitely not: a long queue (way longer than competitors') and a lot of misinformation and disorganization: despite having purchased the ticket in advance, arriving 25 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and queuing, I had to wait another 45 minutes before I got on the bus: a first bus left full, but many of us had to wait for an "extra"one not scheduled.

I had purchased that specific time online, and in the end it took me extra wait, with no information provided by the two rude men who were just telling everyone to stay in line, but were no giving information at all. We were not aware of what was going on, what time we would have left or arrived, and why - even if I had purchased the ticket online in advance, they got on the first bus many people who simply arrived at the bench before me but had no ticket. Next time I'll check another carrier, for the same price as their buses were empty.

Al momento dell’acquisto del biglietto online mi è stata proposta l’aggiunta del servizio “Terrafast” per una modica cifra. Lo consiglio vivamente. Acquistando quest’ultimo, alla fermata scelta vi aspetterà un assistente personale che vi accompagnerà fino al luogo in cui alloggiate a bordo di macchinine elettriche.

🇬🇧 “Terrafast” works really well. Staff is kind, professional and available. Buses arrive and leave on time, and they are clean. Once I had bought the online ticket, an additional service was proposed to me, it is called “Terrafast”, I recommend it to all who might need it. Buying this latter assure you the assistance of a personal concierge who will pick you up at the bus stop to drive you at your accommodation location.

On time, both leaving and arriving, easy to purchase tickets, v friendly boarding staff, cannot knock the service. Will definitely use again

It was really good. The only thing to be improved is the arrival time scheduled. I mean, It would be better to me if they say there is a time range of 15 minutes, since I had to run to take my flight

Was charged EUR 12 for Milano to Bergamo Airport even though nowhere online does it talk about an extra EUR 2 charge for buying the ticket in-person rather than online.
