I ordered flowers for my wife in advance, and they didn't deliver. They didn't even warn me they couldn't deliver. I called myself and asked why they were late, and they canceled at the last minute. Don't order from this company. They're not serious and don't know how to work with customers!

If I could rate this a zero I would. I order a bouquet each year for my mom being cancer free so it is a very significant day for all of us. I decided to use teleflora this year and in previous years my mom would just gush over her arrangements. They were not teleflora. But I saw one with her favorite color so I went this direction. When I say it looks like someone went into a field and picked random flowers and just overstuffed them into a random vase. I am not exaggerating. I wish I could attach pictures of what I ordered versus what she got. I immediately called to and said I have pictures. And that they needed to send what I ordered to my mom. They said they can’t do that. I let them know I did NOT get what I paid for. They said the best they could do was a 26.00 refund and a 25.00 credit. I paid 104.74. I have sent my mom flowers from all over the world, wherever I have been stationed and these were flowers my toddlers could have gathered from a field. Buyer BEWARE. Save your money. Shop local

Very disappointed with bouquets. 2 Teleflora deliveries in 3 months. Both poor quality, more leaves than flowers. Iris in arrangement last Tuesday were dead in 4 days. Both appeared to be a bunch randomly cut from someone's garden, not a florist arrangement. Do not order from this company.

This company is a lie, the service is horrible, and I wish I read reviews. I didn't do my due diligence. So here goes, I ordered a bouquet to be delivered before 1pm on the 7th for a Funeral. The order was placed on the 5th and they company decided to tell me they can't meet the requirement and just optioned me the next day. I ask if the didn't deliver on the 8th, I got a response I wasn't expecting. "Edit" They just emailed me saying it won't be delivered until the 9th which is when she will be buried. I just called back, they are the worst. Canceled and requested my refund. Also they said on the 6th that the flower shop was good to go. If there was a issue, it should have been addressed then. Yet they wait till the day of to provide poor service. I wouldn't recommend them at all and the customer service is horrible.

So far so good, have not heard about the delivery piece yet.
I placed an order for the same day delivery of a tropical flowers arrangement and they not only delivered on the day of the birthday but they also made a bouquet of roses and dandelions.
Embarrassing experience and I will never order from them again or advise any of my friends

I wish I'd read other reviews. Two things happened:
1. The flowers were delivered on the WRONG date. The person was out of town, who knows how long they sat there. And they were intended to be delivered on the date of a specific memory (a childs passing) and they came a week early. Like not a day early A WEEK early.
2. They also substituted ALL the flower types AND the vase. All the things I picked this bouquet specifically for. And they mention nothing about the possibility of substitutions until AFTER you've paid and placed the order in the confirmation email. I ordered specifically for a type of flower that was the child's birth flower.
I also never got confirmation that it was delivered. Or any email confirming I was okay with any floral changes. The only way I found out was when they sent a picture and thanked me. In which I was like okay did someone else send flowers cause these look nothing like what I ordered.
Incredibly disappointed and sad. and a 25% refund is not nearly enough to make me even consider using them again or recommending to others.

DID NOT RECEIVE THE SELECTION I ORDERED. ALSO, THERE WAS ONLY ONE BALLOON (I ORDERED 2) THAT LOST AIR ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. I GAVE A SECOND STAR BECAUSE ALBEIT THE FLOWERS WERE VERY NICE, IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. ALSO, THERE WAS NO CHOICE ON THE BRAND OF CHOCOLATES. WHEN I SPEND THIS MUCH MONEY, I WOULD LIKE IT CORRECT.

I used the Teleflora website based on my Union Plus benefit for the discount and the beauty of it, and thought it would be a good way to surprise a friend celebrating her birthday. I asked her to stay home once I placed the order for flowers on Teleflora. I placed the order with an order number at 7:30 AM, and to my dismay, the order was supposed to be delivered by 11-Noon. I reached out to my friend at 1 PM to ask if she had received her surprise flowers, and she replied no.
Ten minutes later, after rechecking the order, I found out it was cancelled. I immediately called the customer service line of Teleflora, and the guy said, "Yes, it's cancelled." The third party cancelled your order. I don't know why; there's nothing that we can do. Try another florist company, and that was that, no compensation, no NOTHING. I want to tell Union Plus to select another Floral service because Teleflora does not provide good customer service by reaching out to the customer if there is an issue. Yes, I want a much better floral service.

I made my order for my Dad’s 82 birthday. I ordered a bird of paradise plant, molar balloons and a box of candy. Some stupidly plant and flower arrangements. Regular balloons and they were not even filled with helium. I want my Dad to be able to plant his Bird of Paradise in a planter and enjoy it for the rest of his life. Thanks for nothing and we were late to deliver. By 2 days!!!!!!

I ordered a special orchid from this shop because I was looking for something unique. While I understood substitutions might be necessary, what I received was completely different from what was advertised. Instead of a comparable alternative, they sent two very common orchids — the exact variety I was trying to avoid.
The substitution did not match the style, rarity, or overall value of the original listing. It felt like there was little effort made to provide something similar in quality or presentation.
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not order from them again unless substitution standards are clearly improved.

I went on this website to order a plant as a gift. I entered the zip code and delivery address with no issues, and it clearly showed next-day delivery was available. They even displayed options that could arrive the very next day.
Late the following day, I received a message saying they couldn’t ship it as promised but could deliver it two days later instead. I agreed to that change. Then today, around mid-day, I was told they couldn’t even find a florist to fulfill the order.
Shouldn’t availability be confirmed before accepting an order and charging a customer’s card? Even better, before promising next-day delivery in the first place? Now I’m being told it will take 10 business days to process a refund.
What a joke of a company. I honestly don’t understand how they stay in business

Ordered 3 days prior to delivery funeral flowers, on the day of delivery they text me and tell me they cannot deliver until two days after the funeral! customer service could hardly speak English when telling me they couldn't find a florist in Liverpool! I know there are thousands of florists, absolutely disgusting service DO NOT USE THEM, EVER I then scrambled and got next day delivery from flowershopsnetwork.com no problem, thank God. I cannot tell you how mad it made me the absolute incompetence of this so called company, they are an absolute joke who just don't care now I have to wait 10 days for my refund! insanity

They completely missed the delivery date. Granted, there was some inclement weather that day but not until much later in the day. They had PLENTY of time to deliver the single bouquet to my aunt for her birthday. Instead the day came and went, and no flowers. I contacted them the next day to ask how soon my aunt could receive her BIRTHDAY GIFT, and instead of reading the email and providing an updated ETA, they cancelled my order. I will be telling any and everybody who will listen to avoid these scam artists.

I sent two flower arrangements recently. One was the Teleflora's Hummingbird Surprise Bouquet - Deluxe, the other 12 red roses. Both recipients raved about their flowers. In fact I was sent a picture of the roses 7 days later and they still looked as fresh as when delivered. Let me give credit where credit is due. Teleflora’s site is clear, easy to navigate and they are VERY responsive. A previous arrangement arrived frozen. When I wrote Teleflora about it someone responded within the hour to make it right. Understand that the flowers come from local florists. If something is wrong with the flowers it is the florists fault. Regarding the two arrangements I recently sent - one went to New Mexico and the roses went to a snowy town in New York. Both were fresh, gorgeous and well received.
