I sent two flower arrangements recently. One was the Teleflora's Hummingbird Surprise Bouquet - Deluxe, the other 12 red roses. Both recipients raved about their flowers. In fact I was sent a picture of the roses 7 days later and they still looked as fresh as when delivered. Let me give credit where credit is due. Teleflora’s site is clear, easy to navigate and they are VERY responsive. A previous arrangement arrived frozen. When I wrote Teleflora about it someone responded within the hour to make it right. Understand that the flowers come from local florists. If something is wrong with the flowers it is the florists fault. Regarding the two arrangements I recently sent - one went to New Mexico and the roses went to a snowy town in New York. Both were fresh, gorgeous and well received.
I was so very embarrassed. I ordered these flowers in good faith that they would look “somewhat” like the picture I ordered from. These are 2 totally different products. One is a floor standing big wide spray of flowers and the other is a cheap-looking potted arrangement that sits on the floor like something in front of a podium at a graduation and not a wake. After approaching Teleflora, their "remedy" was to give me a $35 credit towards a future order. Future order???? Are you joking me, I will NEVER purchase from them again, and will advise anyone who cares about what they send their loved ones to not send flowers from Teleflora. They are getting 2 stars because the flowers actually did "arrive".

Avoid this service. Overpriced, but I ordered anyway. Got confirmation the day of delivery - then, with no reason given, the order was cancelled. It has been 5 days, and there has been no refund. They charged my card before delivering service. I will never use this service again

Not even close to what I ordered. I ordered a Congratulations bouquet for my daughter and husband for buying their new house. $100 bouquet with blue Delphinium, eucalyptus, cream roses, even a succulent in a white ceramic vase on a stand. What they got was a valentines bouquet with carnations and daisies. Worth less than half the value I paid. Customer service did not care. They refunded the shipping and gave me a coupon for my next purchase. Unbelievable that they don't stand by their service. NEVER AGAIN.
UPDATE: added two stars - I put this review on Trustpilot and Teleflora responded with a 50% rebate! So I Just wanted to give credit to them for doing that. I know "shop local" etc. but I needed a quick order between doing 15 things and didn't have time to look at all the reviews of all the florists in their local area to decide where to order. (isn't that what these sites like Teleflora are for?) I had used them before with no issues. Unfortunate that it was Valentines Day as well. Anyway - just wanted to give credit....(even though nothing happened dealing directly with them , it took a bad review to do it.)

This company’s services are automatically shown on the online obituary via Dignity Memorial. Teleflora offers sympathy flower delivery and other appropriate sympathy gifts that are immediately processed online. I chose the option to have ten trees donated in my loved one’s honor (which is explained in detail to the buyer.) However, they do not inform the immediate family of the deceased that this gift has been sent. They claimed that I would receive a digital certificate which never arrived.i asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They denied my request. What is the point of trying to honor someone I loved very much, if it is not providing comfort to her family? The customer service team failed to reconcile the situation. It makes me question whether these so called trees exist at all. It’s been over a week since the funeral. I will never use this company again.

This order was not filled, the flowers were never delivered.. I called the customer service line and they said someone would get back to me from the International Dept in 48 which did not happen... I read other reviews.. this is a scam

Easy to order and good quality products, I’ve ordered a ficus tree for a funeral and flowers for my mother for valentines, both were delivered on time and both were fresh and healthy!
So, last Wednesday evening I ordered a flower arrangement for a female cancer patient, she recently got out of the hospital. I sent them in her husband's name because I didn't want him to think anything. Him and I really don't get along. Then I get an e-mail from Teleflora late Thursday afternoon. It stated: "We have canceled your flower order (for unknown reasons?) I thought, "Wha?" Why? I tried calling, no answer? I wrote them an e-mail early Friday morning. A person sent me an e-mail back. "They haven't changed their decision." Then I requested my money back in full. I still haven't seen that in my corporate bank account.

I bought the Teleflora Membership and let them ruin several flower deliveries before I stopped using them. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake and choose another service or go directly to a local florist. After they failed on half of the flower deliveries in one way or another, they were refused to refund the membership that had never offered any service-add. Every order I placed was done at least 2 weeks in advance and they still managed to leave a negative mark on multiple holidays.
Order 1 - The surprise flowers I ordered, claimed delivery at 2pm. I was out of town but called the recipient to ask how they looked... only to ruin the surprise and be told they hadn't arrived.... Still nothing at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm... and finally at 8pm they show up... when the recipient wasn't even home to receive them anymore.
Order 2 - Teleflora never placed or confirmed the order and the Florist never delivered. I was told "Sorry... you'll have to place the order again for tomorrow and maybe it’ll arrive tomorrow”.
Order 3 – The tracking confirmed the flowers had been "Hand Delivered" to the recipient. I called support to ask where they are since they did not arrive. After wasting an hour going back and forth... they informed me that their tracking cannot be trusted and to just wait to see if they arrive by 7pm. That's ridiculous... because if they fail to arrive... I won't even know for sure until the day is over.
Order 4 - The order was confirmed to never be placed by Teleflora and they auto-scheduled it for the next day. The florist confirmed that Teleflora sent the order late and when called Customer Support, they had zero remorse or recompense for yet another failure.
Order 5 - 2 days before Valentines Day. So, it was an important delivery. Florist claimed delivery was completed at 9am while Teleflora claimed delivery occurred at 10pm (13 hours apart) ... The flowers never arrived at all. Next day, Teleflora just gave the usual "Opps, sorry, here is your money back". I requested they get flowers delivered that day.... and received zero effort to make it right. So... in the end, I had to hope I could find flowers on Valentine’s Day, at the last minute.
(Addendum: The Teleflora response below is a bold faced lie as they have not refunded me for the Teleflora membership.... but I'm not shocked)

If I could put 0 stars I would. They never delivered my flowers and they set the delivery time for 7:40pm BTW. I called the funeral home to confirm if they ever got it they said NO. Then the lady said she tried to call the driver 4 times and no answer!
Stay clear from this place please!

I wish i read these reviews before i bought the flowers. I ordered a deluxe arrangement of dance with me bouquet, it had red/pink everywhere and a red vase with a bow, what was delivered was a bouquet full of green leaves and twigs and 9 roses. Am not sure there is a way to describe the shock i had when i saw them. I am not sure how they justify being in business. The cost is not comparable to whatever it is they deliver, you could do better going to a local farm and picking the flowers yourself at a half of the price and come up with an out of these world arrangement. Not recommended at all.
This is in reply to teleflora’s Christina S. I did try to call using the number you listed and was on hold for a long time before i ended the call. I did send an email though and included the photos of what I ordered and what was delivered in reply to a colleague of yours by the name Christian C. The email address i used was serviceATteleflora and I will reply back and tag your name so that it can get to you and you can view the pictures. Thanks,
B.

A lovely experience from beginning to end! I was ordering for a relative who lives far away and the Teleflora website made it super simple for me to order flowers to be delivered and nor waste time deciding between the many local florists there. The person I had them deliver to used to be a florist, so I prefer the arrangements to be perfect, and it was! She loved it. She said the Sunset bouquet was one of the prettiest she'd ever seen and enjoyed the different colors and the quality of the individual flowers. Shipping was on time and the delivery driver was professional and friendly. Thank you so much for being a trusted source of beautiful bouquets that I feel comfortable sending to everyone for any occasion. The prices are wonderful and Im always happy to receive the various coupons for all occasions throughout the year.
I ordered flowers my wife for Valentine's day. I called and sent an email to teleflora and was told it was coming. It's now 835pm and no flowers. If they were not coming someone should have called, texted me or emailed saying it wasn't coming today . Teleflora contacted me and had the flowers sent the next day and gave a discount for not getting things done right the first time

Can I give it no stars? Placed an order 2 weeks prior to delivery date, paid for it to be delivered prior to 1 pm to ensure delivery. No contact from delivery partner, contacted support several times with no help. Will never use this service again.

I ordered flowers with a heartfelt valentines love letter with custom text i wrote myself. These savages wrote it on a receipt like paper list, ripped it crudely so half the text i wrote was missing and dared put it on display with a plastic stand ontop of the flower. Hope misery finds its way into your lifes one way or another. (Ur lucky she liked it regardless, otherwise we would be having this discussion in person)

Completely horrible! I PAID MORE THAN 50$ FOR PRE-1PM DELIVERY, AND never received anything at all!
I stupidly trusted a New York Times article recommending this place! I wish I dug into reviews first. These people should be ashamed of themselves for nearly ruining a Valentine's Day.

I placed an order with Teleflora for flower delivery to Wichita, Kansas for Friday before Valentine’s Day (order number 2243713597). I received an email stating that the flowers had already been delivered — but they were not.
When I checked the order status again the next day, it still showed as “delivered” or “in the process of being delivered,” despite the fact that nothing had arrived. This was extremely frustrating and confusing.
Because it was important to me that the flowers be delivered before Valentine’s Day, I ultimately had to cancel the order. The entire purpose of placing the order in advance was to ensure timely delivery for a meaningful occasion, and Teleflora failed to fulfill that basic expectation.
What makes this especially disappointing is the time and care I spent selecting the arrangement. Valentine’s Day comes once a year — reliability matters. Sending inaccurate delivery notifications and failing to deliver on time is unacceptable for a company in this business.
I will not use Teleflora again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Placed a same day flower order being sent to someone that was admitted to the hospital after chemotherapy. I picked from their "same day" arrangements. About an hour later I received a notification that they wouldn't be able to complete the same day order but could deliver the following day. I approved it. The following day went without the flowers being delivered. Only after an email send to customer service, they told me they would not be able to deliver the order. Really wish I had read all the horrible reviews prior to using this site. The nurses were expecting this delivery for her, how sad it looks that she never received it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They shouldn't even be allowed to do business.

First time using teleflora and last time using it. I was expecting a valentines bouquet with red roses, pink roses, and other combinations of pink flowers but what I received was something closer to a bouquet of summer flowers with a single red rose and pink rose. Not worth what I paid for it.

Ordered peonies, delivered roses. No call no nothing. Asked for refund over chat, they offered 25% refund and a future discount. I challenged that, so they said call their phone (800) 720-9406. Called and they up'd that to 50% refund and 50% "future discount". I took that, but not pleased especially because the flowers they did send were below average at best. The vase was equivelent of a 20oz pint glass....lol.
