Would have been less than 3* but the call centre were helpful
Having previously given an excellent review regarding the ordering of the alarm for my father I now feel a lower score has to be given as the alarm which arrived was found to be incompatible with my dad’s phone system which I’m told is digital as most phone lines now are, so now have to upgrade the Telecare choice to a more expensive one costing £86 more than the one that was agreed when ordering over the phone.
We chose Telecare as a cheaper alternative to the one he had so this was disappointing and inconvenient as it took phone calls to the call centre and visits trying to get the first one to work as we were oblivious to the fact that the ‘old system’ is being phased out but still being offered on the website. In the meantime he has been without the alarm so therefore vulnerable.

Great service and I found the service…
Great service and I found the service cheaper than the local council. Always friendly and patient staff to handle enquiries and calls.
Spoke to David who dealt with the return of my box, great service from him and all staff spoken to from company. Would really recommend.

Helpful staff at the call centre
Helpful staff at the call centre. I had to ring them for support with setting up the Telecare system because the printed instructions that arrived with the set weren’t entirely accurate.

System upgrade …
I organized an upgrade for my mother emergency fall system, a great experience talking to Liam yesterday as I do with all the staff I have dealt with at Telecare , they are extremely helpful patient and explain everything in an easy way with no pressure.
I will definitely recommend them .

I found the agents extremely helpful and friendly. I spoke to a young woman called Dana and she was wonderful, very professional and extremely funny. She explained everything really simply and quite honestly it was one of the funniest afternoon conversations I have ever had. I would thoroughly recommend this service and product.
