Tefal dual air fryer, avoid this garbage overly complicated. You can't just open and cook, setting time and temperature takes absolutely ages. Tray 1 has to be programed which I accept but try... See more

Take payment then don’t deliver.
Using some terrible delivery courier (MyGLS) who famously do not deliver parcels and claim that they have made attempts. Have been waiting for a single blender jug for weeks and am being given no help whatsoever. Why are you charging for products and not delivering? This is disgusting.
really bad customer service where there…
really bad customer service where there is no customer service skills nor proper english i tried explaining my repair situation that the product was not working i gave up in the end no point even registering for 2 years never again i will buy tefal products ever again
Avoid Tefal products and their customer service like the plague
I purchased the Tefal Bou Avanti Classic 1.7L kettle in mat black on 11/12/2023 for the extortionate price of £69.99 (together with matching 4 slice toaster) assuming that as expensive, plus it came with a 2 year guarantee, the appliance would be very good … how very very wrong was I.
After a few months use I noticed black bits appearing in the bottom of the kettle which resulted in me having to rinse the kettle out before every use. The black bits were the black coating on the inside of the kettle, which has now completely come off. Also scale from the water has seeped from the edges around the measure on the side of the kettle and the seam around the bottom, leaving white marks which will not clean off.
As I am within my 2 year guarantee period,
I contacted Tefal customer services (that’s a joke) requesting either a refund or a replacement kettle as I considered the condition of the kettle after 18 months use unacceptable. I also sent several pics as evidence. Several emails have since pinged back and forth on a daily basis.
Their first reply inferred I was not cleaning my kettle correctly and condescendingly instructed me on how to care for the kettle to avoid scale build up … the black bits were not scale deposits.
Their second reply was, and I quote “protecting the environment and the fight against waste are our major concerns” and then proceeded to offer to send a courier to collect my kettle to send for repair! This would leave a massive carbon footprint and surely cost more than a refund or replacement kettle. Ridiculous, made no sense. I would also need to purchase another kettle to use in the interim - not happening.
My refusal to send for repair resulted in a further email stating that although I was within the 2 year guarantee I had exceeded the 30-day return policy, so as a good will gesture they were pleased to offer me the opportunity to purchase another kettle at a 20% discounted price … I was now seeing RED 😡 !
I was evidently getting nowhere, so asked for my complaint to be escalated to the Customer Services Manager, to then receive another reply repeating that I need to send the kettle for repair 🤬🤬.
My patience was no more, so threatened a scaling review if I did not receive a reply from the CS manager within 24 hours. Their last email then informed me that the CS manager had unsuccessfully tried to contact me on 30 June and had left a voice message … NO SHE DIDN’T … LIARS!
True to my word I am now penning my scaling review.
I have never before experienced such appalling customer service and will never again waste my money on a Tefal product … my advice to you would be to do the same … AVOID TEFAL AT ALL COST
I had a problem with a handle on a pan…
I had a problem with a handle on a pan set and whilst trying to work out how to report the challenge to Tefal I read a lot of negative reports.
I must have been lucky, I contacted Tefal customer service and engaged wit one of their representatives after a couple of emails back and forth, they eventually sent a return label to me and I have just got a new pan in return.
The emails we exchanged were of a puerile nature as the guy who I was corresponding with had a poor grasp of English.
However, all's well that end's well.
I bought an iron from Currys in…
I bought an iron from Currys in September 2024. The iron constantly spits water and gets all the clothes wet whilst ironing and the ironing board is soaked so much that water drips on the carpet. In January 2025 I took it back to currys who said they wouldn't replace but would repair. Got the iron back 3 weeks later with no difference. The faults were still there. Took the complaint to tefal. Went round in circles. They said they would repair and a courier would be in touch. No courier was in touch and I recieved an email to say my iron had been repaired. Absolutely laughable when the iron hadn't been picked up for repair in the first place. Tefal you must do better. I am £300 out of pocket and left with an iron that is faulty. I have only had this iron for 8 months.
I wish I’d read these reviews before…
I wish I’d read these reviews before buying their blender. Their customers service is beyond appalling. I’ve been trying to get my blender fixed for a year and it still isn’t and they say they try for FIFTEEN YEARS to fix it before they’ll replace! What on earth?!? Just don’t buy from them it’s not worth the stress.
Avoid Tefal and their Customer Services like the plague
Not sure why I am writing this review as lookinng at other reviews Tefal obviously don't give a toss about their customers. Anyway while I'm here I will add to the abismal record they have. Contacted them regarding a spare part I required - two emails later I was given a part number which I ordered. Three weeks later the part arrived but was totally different from the original and useless for what I required. Contacted Tefal again and after a couple of phone calls and non coherent emails they changed their story and said they couldn't supply the part and came up with a new part number for something I didn't require. Will be throwing their sub standard product in the bin and will never purchase a Tefal product again.

Left a polite review that I had not received the item or refund and they pulled it saying it did not meet there standards.
This company cannot be trusted
The customer service is far from…
The customer service is far from helpful. They will try to find a reason not to help repair or replace. My handle for ingenio pans fell apart. I was accused of forcing it apart! Sub standard products made it China. Will not buy again!
Non-stick pain peeled within a couple of weeks, Tefal refusing to engage with Consumer Rights Act
Purchased a 30cm non-stick pan at a cost of over £100 having had a good experience of Tefal products previously. The surface ruptured and splintered after a few uses demonstrating a clear manufacturing fault with this particular item. We had similar other products from them that have had no issues with over 5 years use. When I contacted them and advised them of this they were very dismissive, and claimed a "hard object" had been used. Their solution was a 30% reduction on buying the same product again(!). Our utensil used with it was a Scoville serving spoon. Clearly the product we received had a fault to split so soon after common use and was not fit for its intended purpose. The fact that our other Tefal products have lasted long with the exact same use is evidence of this. I wish I had seen the other reviews prior to purchasing from them in terms of their customer service. Sadly we have been left significantly out of pocket and will not be purchasing their products in future.
TERRIBLE DESIGN - DO NOT BUY: HEALTH HAZARD
I bought the Tefal BL871D40 PERFECTMIX PLUS Blender 8 months ago and initially loved it. But after only 8 months it is no longer useable because the design means the black plastic casing attached to the jug does not screw off, meaning that it cannot be cleaned adequately. As a result, dirt has accumulated and this contaminates the contents. When I told TEFAL about this they told me to buy a new jug. This is an expensive product which I have looked after carefully, and I would expect this to last more than 8 months! TERRIBLE DESIGN - DO NOT BUY
SPITTS OUT SCALE!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
I bought a Tefal all-in-one iron and clothes steamer. After a few weeks it started spitting out SCALE. I tried to descale it but it did not work at all! Such a BAD product. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
non-stick coating failed
I purchased a Tefal non-stick wok expecting quality and durability. Unfortunately, after just about a year of normal use, the non-stick coating began to deteriorate badly. Food started sticking to the surface, making the wok practically unusable — completely defeating the purpose of a “non-stick” product.
I contacted Tefal customer service and was offered a discount to buy a new item. That felt more like an upsell than a genuine solution. There was no proper acknowledgment of the issue or willingness to take responsibility.
It’s very disappointing to see a brand I once trusted handle a product fault this way. I won’t be recommending Tefal to others based on this experience.
Replacement knob for steamer
The knob on our 6 year old amazing Tefal steamer partially broke. For a little while I ignored it and was trying to make it work by gently turning. Eventually it fully broke and fell off. I was reluctant to call customer service thinking it would be a hassle and they would say "sorry we don't make it anymore". I was surprised when the customer service team gave me part number and then I was asked to make an order from the parts department which is separate to the customer services team. The customer service agent, who spoke like a robot, placed the order. Just for the plastic knob it was close to £10 which was rather steep and I was told delivery time was 20 -25 working days. Order placed on 23/04/25 - arrived 03/05/25. The replacement knob was sent in a hugely oversized box but fit perfectly on the steamer. The five stars is for the availability of a replacement knob, without which the steamer would have gone to the tip and speedy delivery.
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service
I was sent the wrong product and was told I had to wait for it to be collected then another 7 days before the item I had actually purchased could be sent to me
Very poor customer service considering it was their mistake
I am writing to express my…
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received regarding the replacement lid for my pan. I invested significantly in your product, trusting the quality and customer support associated with Tefal, but this experience has fallen short of expectations.
I expected a prompt resolution and replacement, but I feel this process has been unnecessarily delayed, causing frustration. This is not the level of service I anticipated.
Please escalate this matter to ensure a replacement lid is sent as soon as possible. I hope to see this resolved without further delays.
My non stick Wok blistered after little use
I purchased a Tefal Wok in February 2025, the wok came with a ten-year guarantee but with normal use I would only expect it to last 12 – 18 months which would have been reasonable for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt! As I did not keep the receipt customer services have informed “there is nothing they can do – although I totally understand I should have kept the receipt as proof of purchase, this does not change the fact that the wok is unusable after three months.
Ok, but tracking number didn't work.
Tracking number didn't work when I ordered from here on the yodel website and app. So downloaded an app called Shop to be able to track it. They're updates aren't very good when they dispatch orders, but the Tefal team generally replied in an ok time manner when questioned what's going on. Product arrived when it was due. No faults. But I can imagine if anything went wrong, my review might be more like other reviews on here. Brilliant bit of kit though! Maybe see if you can get what you're after in another outlet like Currys if you're worried about things going wrong. I was skeptical, but didn't really have any issues ordering from here to be negative.
Very rude and ill mannered staff
Very rude and ill mannered staff, talk at you in a patronising manner.
The quality of their English is atrocious,so much nose in the background.
Regret buying Tefal Steam Generator iron, failed within 3 years.
Company does not want to know, money grabbers and rude staff.
totally shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking, yodel lost my parcel I requested a replacement and they said they would re send as soon as they received it back from yodel, one week on I get refunded as it was classed as lost. They told me to reorder the pan set but it had gone up by £80 since I ordered and they said there was nothing they could do! They should have honoured the price I paid and resent what I ordered 3 weeks ago!!
