Tefal dual air fryer, avoid this garbage overly complicated. You can't just open and cook, setting time and temperature takes absolutely ages. Tray 1 has to be programed which I accept but try... See more

My non stick Wok blistered after little use
I purchased a Tefal Wok in February 2025, the wok came with a ten-year guarantee but with normal use I would only expect it to last 12 – 18 months which would have been reasonable for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt! As I did not keep the receipt customer services have informed “there is nothing they can do – although I totally understand I should have kept the receipt as proof of purchase, this does not change the fact that the wok is unusable after three months.
Ok, but tracking number didn't work.
Tracking number didn't work when I ordered from here on the yodel website and app. So downloaded an app called Shop to be able to track it. They're updates aren't very good when they dispatch orders, but the Tefal team generally replied in an ok time manner when questioned what's going on. Product arrived when it was due. No faults. But I can imagine if anything went wrong, my review might be more like other reviews on here. Brilliant bit of kit though! Maybe see if you can get what you're after in another outlet like Currys if you're worried about things going wrong. I was skeptical, but didn't really have any issues ordering from here to be negative.
Very rude and ill mannered staff
Very rude and ill mannered staff, talk at you in a patronising manner.
The quality of their English is atrocious,so much nose in the background.
Regret buying Tefal Steam Generator iron, failed within 3 years.
Company does not want to know, money grabbers and rude staff.
totally shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking, yodel lost my parcel I requested a replacement and they said they would re send as soon as they received it back from yodel, one week on I get refunded as it was classed as lost. They told me to reorder the pan set but it had gone up by £80 since I ordered and they said there was nothing they could do! They should have honoured the price I paid and resent what I ordered 3 weeks ago!!
Don’t complain unless you are a techie!
My Tefal 2 in 1 genius airfrier developed a fault and was returned for repair under warranty.
It was returned three weeks later but was missing the cooking pan, the stirring paddle and the top cooking utensil.
I telephoned the number given on the returned paperwork but that turned out to be a warehouse who did not want to know.
They gave me a number for customer services.
Customer services wanted a photograph of the item even without the missing pieces.
I explained that, at the age of 77, I was not really au fait with sending photos by email but they insisted that it was necessary before they could escalate my complaint.
I asked for guidance on how to send the requested photo but Edmondo was unable to help.
`If this is Tefal Customer Service then it has a long way to go!
Tefal Express Steam iron is not fit for purpose. DON'T BUY
Tefal Express Steam iron is not good .
The instructions are a little booklet in miniature print with no information on what the buttons do. How much water to put in etc.
The iron is too heavy and thus feels clumsy. my hand is aching after 15 minutes.
It does not glide over fabric very well at all and often gets stuck, even on low temperature setting.
It spits out water over the clothes every now and then.
Very disappointed and waste of money.
Made in CHINA crap product.
Tefal pan peeling on outside
Tefal pan peeling on outside. Customer service unhelpful and can’t provide email address for me to show damage. Result I will not be purchasing any Tefal pans in future.
customer service is worse than products.
The quality of the product is rare.
But customer service is worse than products.
The product description is that you can use the dishwasher, but if there is a problem, it is recommended that you don’t use the dishwasher. In addition, the handle can‘t be used for a short time!
The customer service department is also unwilling to return or exchange products immediately so
We bought a Tefal air fryer
We bought a Tefal air fryer. Within a year the grill and the drawer began to peel. As far as I understand this is a health hazard. I called Tefal to authorise a replacement from John lewis but they refused telling me that I must have cooked the wrong food and scratched it myself using corrosive products. None of this is correct. They have been totally unapologetic and unhelpful. They suggest a new drawer and grill but I know the same thing will happen again as I have only cleaned it with a soft sponge and soapy water. If I can't use that what is the point?
I have a Tefal air fryer and the little…
I have a Tefal air fryer and the little rubber bumpers fall off the grill tray so I wanted to replace them. The numbers are 80p and probably weigh about 1g - so I went to oder one - postage charge £13.50! Absolutely criminal and I can't actually believe anyone buys them as spares!!! Won't buy Tefal again!
Tefal and Argos disgraceful customer services
Bought a Tefal airfryer from Argos and after a couple of months, we noticed a crack on the inside of the unit. The crack was so far inside the unit that there was no way it had been caused by us using the air fryer and so I believe the crack was there when we purchased the item but we just never saw it. I contacted both Argos and Tefal who refused an exchange and said my only option was a repair. My air fryer has been with the repair agent for two weeks now and I have just contacted them to find out how much longer the repair is expected to take only to be told they are waiting for a part which could take another 15 working days to arrive. This is disappointing customer service from both Tefal and Argos. I notice Tefal don't even bother to respond to reviews on here which shows their disregard for customer service. Take my advice and choose another brand.
Don't buy a Tefal Steam Iron
We bought a Tefal Easygliss Steam Iron costing £69.99 from Curry's. What a piece of rubbish.!! Even on the Eco Setting it spewed out far too much steam and moisture - so much so that after just one shirt the ironing board cover was wet. We brought this up with Tefal who suggested it NEEDED DESCALING - IT WAS BRAND NEW FOR GOODNESS SAKE. We sent it back to their repair centre who informed us that new parts were needed. We complained and asked for our money back and they refused so we went along with their offer to repair it. When it was returned it was little or no better. This time, having been referred back to Curry's we took it back to the store in Falkirk who were extremely helpful and got us our refund. A big thank you to Leah at Curry's Falkirk for being so understanding and helpful, and for getting us our money back.
Tefal customer services could learn a thing or to from Leah and Currys when it comes to customer service.
Stick to making frying pans Tefal because your Steam Irons are rubbish.
Tefal Xforce Vacuum Cleaner- Worst…
Tefal Xforce Vacuum Cleaner- Worst product and service ever, battery started smoking and emitting and acrid smell and the vacuum cleaner went dead. It was away to be "repaired" for 3 weeks and came back, a new battery shoved in but still wasn't working. They refused to refund and wanted their "experts to assess" the item again, the ones who weren't able to repair it in the first place. It's not even 3 months old and it's been out of service for a month so far. Tefal customer service are appalling, don't waste your money on this rubbish, buy a Shark instead, better made and much superior customer service.#SharkVacuum
Ingenio guarantee not worth the paper it's written on
Looking at the review score I'm clearly not the only one that has received substandard customer service in regards to the product 'warranty'. I purchased and Ingenio set and within a year then handle was failing to open. I contacted customer services to seek a replacement/repair to be fobbed off with a standard email that clearly contradicted what I had previously told them and the video sent. Last time I purchase any Tefal product - lesson learnt, look after your customers or wave goodbye to repeat custom.

Thank you for getting back to us. I hope this email finds you well.
We can advise you that the information on the packaging and provided with our Ingenio handles along with use and care information on our website recommend that you "remove the handle during cooking when it is not required to prevent it from overheating and ensure its durability". This means that you can use the handle on the pan whilst you are turning or stirring food as necessary. Once this has been done then removing the handle will prevent it from becoming overheated or in contact with any gas flames that may lick up the side of the pan.
There are many advantages to having a removable handle as highlighted in our literature and product instructions along with the added safety of avoiding the possibility of knocking a pan over off the hob. Full details and use and care information can be viewed on our website.
As your handle shows evidence that it has been exposed to prolonged heat from an external heat source this is not covered by the guarantee.
Warranty is next to worthless
I bought a travel mug, after a few months the seal dropped off the lid. I made a warranty claim, three months on, I have the same, incorrect large replacement seal sent twice and one, too small, incorrect seal. It’s like pulling teeth with their customer services, the communication is appalling, I just get messages to say an item has been despatched but no one contacts me to explain what. So I just wait weeks for something to turn up and then I have to contact them again because every one has been incorrect so far. Just pure incompetence and appalling service, not to mention that obviously the item hasn’t lasted long and additionally, it’s not a cheap travel mug I should add.
incompetent!!!
I wouldn't even give 1 start!
Tefal Air fryer which has been faulty from date of purchase.
I have returned it via currys and Tefal for repair 5 times and they keep sending it back with the same faults!!
Clearly their repair centre is incompetent that they can not fix the fault, so why not just refund me and write it off????
Trying to log a complaint or speak to a manager with Tefal is impossible!
When speaking to the customer service team at Tefal, it's like speaking to zombies no enthusiasm.
offer a blue light card discount but it’s less than the one they give to anyone
Was going to buy a pan set on their website which they showed had on their website with a discount code. I also had a blue light card discount code for emergency workers but their site only allows one code. So bluelight card customers can’t actually get any extra discount. Did a web chat with them and was dismissed.
I brought a kettle and within less than…
I brought a kettle and within less than 4 months it’s leaking. I went to the tefal store I brought it from to be told it has to be sent away to be repaired. I asked if they can supply a temporary replacement whilst it’s being repaired to be advised you dont offer that. So I had to go and buy a kettle to see me through for 3 weeks. Poor customer service in not offering a temp replacement. Has put me off buying anything from tefal.
I placed an order on tefal.co.uk…
I placed an order on tefal.co.uk yesterday morning (sunday) and I changed my mind on the order in the evening as facebook had bad reviews on the product which I only saw in the evening as I did my other research on you tube and other sites. Called monday morning at 9.42 to cancel as I had sent a request to cancel email lastnight. The person on the phone told me that its ready for picking and there was no way of calling the warehouse directly or if he requests to cancel they may not see this email before picking it. I then asked to speak to a manager he told me, I have to wait 48hours to receive a call back. In this day and age of advanced technology huge companies still work on old systems.
Why should a customer have to wait 2 days to speak to a manager. I'm sorry but tefal need to improve the customer 'cancel my order' experience for me to purchase again from tefal direct.
Buy anything other than a Tefal frying pan!
Bought a 32cm Tefal pan from Tesco.
12 months in..
The 'Non stick' feature had decided it's not too keen and has started rapidly disappearing.
The handle is loose, with a nasty cheap screw to retighten. Which then subsequently becomes loose again.
The bottom surface is cheap and nasty, resulting in having to clean it far more than what you should have after each use.
Utter junk. Off to scrap.
