Everyone was very helpful and explained everything (even though there was a lot to take in!). The pick up of the car went smoothly and so far all going well with it.

We were given the opportunity to examine a number of cars The sales man was careful to consider our specific needs.
We were allowed a reasonable test drive.
On collection the features of the car were demonstrated.

We were greeted and looked after by Darren who gave us all the information and details we asked for about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. When we decided to go ahead with the deal, Darren gave us a list
of options to choose from, we made our choices and then it was all completed.

Awaiting the delivery of the car.

I was kept informed as to why there was a delay with getting the vehicle due to a soft wear issue.
I always had my telephone calls requesting an update when the person I wanted to speak to was unavailable.

The whole experience from the call advising a long delivery for a replacement vehicle, to placing the order and negotiating the correct financial deal was made easy and done in a very professional manner.
Taking delivery of the new vehicle was done in the agreed time scale and the handover was on time and simple.
The service from Malcolm Williams throughout was up to his own high standard and as I have come to expect

Great efficient service , the sales representative David Groves advised on the car I purchased and went through the sales process in detail so we were very happy.

So disappointed with my experience of buying a car from TC Harrison in Burton this time. Compared to my previous car purchase just under three years ago this one was poles apart. Looking back, it is clear to see the sale was rushed through to ensure month end targets achieved. Having previously recommended TCH, I won’t be any longer.

The man who sold me the car was as good as it gets. He left the company before the car was delivered but his replacement Steve was as good if not better keeping me informed as to delivery and then explaining the car on handover The experience was more than satisfactory for me as a petrolhead even though it was an electric car.

Ben, who we dealt with, was extremely helpful, without being pushy. Never felt under pressure to buy at any point . This alone went a long way in my eyes . Everything was explained and questions asked were answered clearly and fully . The car was spotless when it was picked up, and we're really pleased with it. Ben gave me a courtesy call a week or so later, just check up on how I was getting on with the car and told me contact him if I had any problems.
All in all , a good experience from the team at TCH. Thanks .👍
