Recently brought a used Ford Mach-E EV from TC Harrison in Peterbourough. It was a very smooth process. The sales chap, Ken was very helpful, no pressured sales tactics, and they gave me a fair price for my 11 year old used car. The car was well priced, in comparison with others available, and has been great since we’ve had it.

The salesman, Ken Quartey, made our experience worth 5 stars. And customer service (receptionists) were excellent too.
Without being pushy, Mr Quartey, seemed to want to sell us a car, unlike sales staff in many other showrooms we visited recently. He was courteous, informative and helpful.

What made my experience great? From start to finish Ken looked after me and make me feel comfortable in buying my new car . So happy with it and the experience. Great team :)

Similar experience when I bought last car 10 years ago from Gary at TCH. It's why I came back. I knew my budget and car model. Tony listened and provided 3 options without pushing beyond that budget. Test drove 2. Bought the one at lower end of budget. Friendly but not pushy and very entertaining. I felt valued as a customer and I will come back next time.

We were greeted by Maria on the Sunday just as the showroom was closing but she still answered a few questions we had. Because of this we returned to see her on Monday. Maria was very informative and there was no pressure to complete the sale there and then. We made an appointment to see her again on Tuesday and finalised our purchase.
We had an issue with the number plate but sorted by Maria and dealt with by Simon the senior service advisor.

Paul Jolly was very helpful, friendly and was happy to answer all and any questions about the car/sale. He also contacted us several times after we collected the car to make sure everything was ok.
All the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful so I would highly recommend TC Harrison, Huntingdon. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible.
The Ford Explorer is all that was promised and more. It is my first electric car and it is very easy to drive and recharge.

We have dealt with the Derby branch of TCHarrison over many years and have always been impressed with the service and attention to detail, including checking in a few days after purchase to check we were getting on ok with the new vehicle.
On this occasion, the person we dealt with was very attentive at the start, whilst chasing the sale, but, once the sale was agreed, was not responsive. He ignored follow-up emails with quick questions (having said just to get in touch with any queries post-sale). He prioritised phone calls during our appointment to collect our vehicle as he was chasing the next sale.
We will probably return to this branch in future but will deal with someone else in the branch. This is the first time that we have been disappointed in the service.

The service I received from Matt Le Farge was excellent. He talk me through all the options, made things very clear and didn’t pressure me. He went out of his way to help and I would highly recommend him. His knowledge was fantastic. Also his follow up and touch points during the process were welcomed. He genuinely cared about the service he was giving. Customer service for me is everything and if it hadn’t been exceptional I would have gone else where. Thanks Matt all your time was appreciated.

First time I’ve ordered a new car. I knew exactly what I wanted and was supported with my choice. Chris Brown was so helpful and managed to secure the car colour of my choice. He gave me very accurate timescales when the car would be manufactured and arrive at their premises. Even when I rung up and Chris was away, his team provided me with a very accurate update. All in all from ordering to the collection of my car, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. I just want to thank the Ford Team at TC Harrison’s for their first class service. I highly recommend.
