Delivered on time

I feel cheated by you. Nobody informed me that the order would be subject to customs duties, and also taxes in Spain. In other words, I've paid taxes in both the UK and Spain. I also had to pay FedEx to handle customs clearance. Specifically, I've already paid an extra €80 for a purchase that was worth €191. You failed to process the shipment correctly so that it qualified for the duty-free allowance for private purchases, causing me numerous problems and expenses. If you don't resolve these issues, I will not buy from you again, and I will certainly share this experience on social media.

Great products & delivery

We are all in love with the sandalwood fragrance, that is myself husband and teenage son!
So far I have bought the shower gel, soap and small aftershave oil. All the products are exceptional. Will be purchasing some more in the future.

I am trying out and enjoying my sample shaving creams and making my mind up which ones I choose next. Normally have sandlewood.

excellent shaving kit - quickly delivered. Not the cheapest around, but fine quality.

As i had some stock of shaving cream i have just had two shaves with this new product.
both shaves have been comfortably close, day lasting, & most importantly, suiting my very sensitive skin. I am amazed at all this was achieved by an incredibly small amount of cream on the brush!

Made a big order on Monday. It arrived on Tuesday.

My order was executed with the quiet efficiency which I would expect of Mr Taylor, and would be extremely surprised if his high standards were not maintained as a matter of course. I am sorry that age no longer permits me to visit the shop in person. I would however have thought that the sort of tiresome survey which now follows practically every purchase would be quite unnecessary in this case, for the reason mentioned above. But I have enjoyed the little 'extras' in each recent parcel, and emails about 'offers' from time to time. It may have been prudent to drop references to 'gentlemen' in the 21st century, but this has not, I trust, eradicated commitment to the values and courtesies which this word implies.

I have used Taylor of Bond Street for many years in fact 15 years, I use all the shaving products which are brilliant, especially the aftershave gel, so smooth on the skin. Customer service both in the shop or online cannot be bettered, first class
I will be using them for many years to come.

Ordered their Travel hairspray 100ml was stopped at Manchester security and item was taken from me after having been scanned, deemed not permissible, contacted TOBS to advise ingredients when scanned are not acceptable for overseas travel and therefore cannot be classed as a travel product, received very poor response and still remain out of pocket, one less customer and if item continues to be listed as travel I will contact Trading Standards
